Was du lernen wirst
The holiday season can be full, emotional, and demanding — even when there are moments of joy woven through it. It’s easy to get swept up in other people’s needs, the pace of the days, and the pressure to keep everything together. This course is designed to help you feel steadier from the inside out, so you can move through the season with more clarity, calm, and connection to yourself. Across five gentle lessons, Charlotte guides you through simple, practical ways to recognise what drains your energy, return to your own centre, release the emotional residue of the day, and create a calm baseline you can depend on — even when life feels busy or overwhelming. Each session is around ten to twelve minutes, making it easy to fit into real life without adding more pressure. You’ll also receive a few reflective journal prompts after every lesson, all written in the lesson description. These help deepen your awareness and support the internal shifts you’re making throughout the course. This is a space to breathe, slow down, reconnect with yourself, and move through the holidays with steadiness, presence, and a sense of your own grounding.
Charlotte is a Reiki Master and Certified Meditation Teacher with a deep focus on energy awareness, nervous-system regulation, and frequency-based work. Lektion 1
Pause Before The Rush
A gentle reminder to stop, breathe, and reconnect with yourself before the day sweeps you into its pace. This session explores how a simple pause can settle your nervous system, shift your energy, and help you move through the day with more clarity instead of rushing on autopilot. Journal Prompts: What does “rushing” feel like in my body — where do I notice it first? When do I most need to pause, and what usually stops me? What changes in my mood or behaviour when I consciously slow down? How can I remind myself to pause during everyday tasks?
Lektion 2
Noticing What Drains You
This session helps you recognise where your energy gets pulled without you realising it — whether through people, situations, or the pressure you place on yourself. By becoming aware of these subtle drains, you begin to reclaim your energy and move through the day with more clarity and steadiness. Journal Prompts: Where did my energy rise today, and where did it drop? Who or what drains me most consistently, and why do I think that is? What one small boundary could protect my energy better right now? What part of me feels responsible for holding everything together?
Lektion 3
Returning To Center
This session guides you back into your body and your own energy, especially when life feels loud or overwhelming. You’ll explore how it feels to drift away from yourself and how simple grounding moments can help you return to a calmer, clearer internal state. Journal Prompts: What does being “off centre” feel like in my body and behaviour? What brings me back to myself most easily? How can I build small moments of returning to the centre into my daily routine? Whose energy do I drift into most often, and why?
Lektion 4
Clearing The Residue
This session focuses on releasing the emotional residue that builds up throughout the day — the tension, heaviness, or leftover feelings you may be carrying without realising it. By consciously letting go, you create space for clarity, calm, and a softer internal landscape. Journal Prompts: What emotion from today feels the heaviest in my body? What situation or moment am I still carrying, even if it seemed small at the time? What does “letting today be done” feel like when I say it with honesty? What helps me release things more easily — breath, movement, writing, or awareness?
Lektion 5
Setting Your Calm Baseline
This session explores how calm can become a steady internal baseline rather than a momentary experience. You’ll learn to recognise what genuine calm feels like in your body, notice what pulls you out of it, and understand how small daily practices can help you return to yourself more easily. Journal Prompts: What does genuine calm feel like in my body? What tends to disturb my calm baseline most often — people, thoughts, habits, or pressure? What small daily practice helps me stay connected to myself? How might my life shift if calm became my new normal?
