In this lesson, we’re addressing one of the deepest emotional blocks to visibility—fear of judgment. Rooted in our biology and shaped by early life experiences, this fear often drives us to hide our true selves in an attempt to stay safe. But staying hidden comes at a cost. Today, we’ll explore where this fear comes from, how it shows up in our thoughts and behaviours, and most importantly, how to begin letting it go. Through EFT tapping, we’ll work on releasing the need for external validation, softening self-judgment, and cultivating the self-trust needed to show up with confidence and authenticity.

Perfectionism And The Fear Of Not Being Good Enough
In this session, we’re diving into the hidden fear behind perfectionism and how it blocks us from showing up and being seen. Perfectionism may seem like a high standard, but it's often a mask for fear—of failure, judgment, or not being enough. This lesson helps you recognise where perfectionism shows up in your body and life, and offers EFT tapping to release the pressure to be flawless. By shifting from self-criticism to self-acceptance, you’ll begin to build the courage to show up as your real, imperfect, powerful self.

In this lesson, we explore the fear of criticism—one of the biggest blocks to visibility and self-expression. Whether it’s fear of judgment, rejection, or negative feedback, criticism can feel deeply personal and cause us to play small. Through EFT tapping, you’ll learn to recognise how this fear lives in your body, release the emotional charge it holds, and build the confidence to stand in your truth. This session helps you create healthy boundaries, reclaim your voice, and step forward with greater resilience—regardless of what others might say.
