Through teaching and journaling, you’ll start peeling back the layers to reconnect with what’s unchanging within you.

The Observer Within - Discovering The "Witness"
Today we explore Sakshi Bhava, the quiet, unchanging witness within. This is the aspect of consciousness that watches thoughts, emotions and sensations arise and pass, without grasping or pushing away. Unlike the thinking mind or even the higher intellect, the witness remains steady, aware and untouched. By recognising this space of observation, you begin to step out of automatic reactions and into a deeper stillness that allows you to respond to life with clarity. Through this lens, you’re not your thoughts, you are the one who sees them.

Beyond Roles & Labels - Understanding The Ego
This chapter explores how identity is shaped by roles, ego and unconscious patterns. It shows how we often mistake our labels for who we truly are, forgetting the presence beneath them. It introduces Ahamkara, the ego, that personalises experience and outlines the four aspects of the mind in yogic psychology — Manas, Ahamkara, Chitta and Buddhi — revealing how each one colours perception. The chapter invites you to step back from reactivity and ego-based identity and instead rest in awareness, letting Buddhi, the discerning intelligence, take the lead.

The Inner Discernment, Viveka - Discerning Ego Self And Deeper Self
Today invites you to explore Viveka, the art of clear discernment between what’s fleeting and what’s lasting within you. Through mindful self-inquiry and observing your roles without attachment, you begin to see beyond the masks and connect with your deeper, unchanging self. This clarity offers a fresh way to navigate life with wisdom and gentleness.

Living From The Self - Not A Doing, But A Way Of Being
This is not an end, but a gentle return to awareness itself. Having explored the layers of self, discerned ego’s voice and met the witness within, today invites living from that steady presence in everyday life. It’s about choosing presence over performance and embodying quiet clarity in all you do.
