You’ll learn a 5 step process to handle reactive moments that will help you process through how you feel without acting based on your impulses and instincts. If it feels safe, you’ll be invited to reflect on your personal patterns in moments.

We’ll then work with a 4 step process to create a pattern of mindful responses. This lesson’s journal prompt will help you identify your self-regulating tools to handle difficult emotions.

You'll discover how to think differently about a situation that has activated your emotions in the past and begin to create a more thoughtful positive response. This guided meditation and journaling prompt will help you think through your ideal mindful response.
