Lektion 1
The Throat Chakra: Vishuddha
Chakras are considered energy centers that influence various aspects of our lives.
The throat chakra, known as Vishuddha, (particularly pure) is the fifth chakra and is located at the base of the neck.
It is associated with communication, personal expression, and personal, pure truth. Being connected to our truth is a long process of metamorphosis, the work we do to develop healthy communication and expression allows us not only to become authentically ourselves but also to manifest things suited to our lives.
We are talking about Manifestation if you think about it:
The emission of a sound is the external manifestation of our inner world.
Often, however, a difficult childhood or generational traumas have created an imbalance in this chakra, that manifests in people with opposite symptoms. (disharmony by defect or excess).
Lektion 2
The Collective Wound To The Throat Chakra
The entire human race is called to heal and balance the throat chakra.
Throughout history, societies have often repressed individuals' voices and opinions to maintain power, control narratives, or uphold cultural norms.
Dissenting opinions have frequently been silenced through political, religious, or social means to ensure that the status quo remains unchallenged.
A significant example of this repression is the history of totalitarian regimes, such as Nazi Germany, Stalinist Russia, and Maoist China, where dissenting voices were brutally silenced.
We can also see this repression in the education system. Historical narratives in textbooks, for example, often present a one-sided view of national history, frequently glorifying a country's achievements while downplaying or omitting darker episodes, such as colonialism, slavery, or the struggles of indigenous populations. In some educational systems, students are discouraged from questioning traditional power structures or expressing dissenting opinions.
Not to mention the witch hunts and the years when patriarchy completely silenced women.
Let us heal together from a past that has always undermined human expression.
Lektion 3
The "Om" sound
Om primordial sound. The "Om" sound, also spelled "Aum", is considered the primordial sound of the universe.
It is often referred to as the sound of creation, symbolizing the essence of ultimate reality or consciousness. Om is composed of three syllables—A, U, and M—which represent the waking state, the dream state, and deep sleep, as well as the trinity of creation, preservation, and destruction.
Benefits of Chanting Om:
Calming the Mind: Chanting Om creates a vibration that has a calming effect on the nervous system, reducing stress and promoting relaxation.
Enhancing Focus: Repeating Om during meditation helps improve concentration and mental clarity, bringing the mind to a state of stillness.
Balancing Energy: Om helps align and balance the energy centres in general (chakras), but especially the throat chakra, promoting clear communication and expression.
Harmonizing Body and Mind: The vibration of Om resonates through the body, fostering a connection between the physical and spiritual realms.
Lektion 4
The "Ham" Sound
The sound "Ham" is the specific mantra for the throat chakra, or Vishuddha, and helps to unblock and balance this energy center. Repeating "Ham" creates vibrations in the throat, stimulating personal expression and authentic communication. This sound facilitates the release of blockages related to the fear of expressing one’s truth and promotes a deeper connection with the inner self. Additionally, it helps improve the ability to listen and speak clearly and sincerely, fostering harmonious communication.
Lektion 5
The Sound Of "The Dark Goddess"
Emitting these deep sounds with your voice (as indicated in the audio) not only allows you to release accumulated tension, stress, and trauma from the body but also helps you let go of others’ judgment.
This sound is not produced to be beautiful or appreciated but to purge energetic tensions.
When we feel safe and free from judgment, we can release the darkest parts of ourselves (see premium track: Dark Feminine Energy, Breath Embodiment). Practicing and becoming familiar with this release method will allow you to truly connect with yourself and cleanse old energies at a deep level. It will feel like rivers of darkness flowing out of your body.
This sound will teach you how to reclaim the right to feel all the darkness and then transmute it. You will connect with your suffering, traumas, injustices, and burdens, which you carry in your shoulders and stomach, and then release them outward.
P.S. I recommend finding an isolated place to scream to promote release as an additional exercise.
Lektion 6
Connecting With Your Inner Truth, Inner Self And Your Roots
The goal is to connect with our purest truth to express it, but what if we are not connected with our true essence?
What if we don’t know who we are and where we stand?
What if we don't fully know who we are?
What if we have either little confidence and strength or a toxic sense of self and express words to judge, attack, belittle, or mock others or even communicate just to be right or to manipulate situations?
What if we communicate only to please, and be approved by people?
We aim to connect with a truth that comes from the heart (pure), one that seeks to spread concepts for the greater good.
To do that, we must connect with our Root chakra and our Inner/Higher self.
Lektion 7
Out Of Balance Due To Deficiency
Having a throat chakra in disharmony due to deficiency means that our ability to express ourselves and communicate is compromised, often due to trauma experienced in childhood, adolescence, or past lives.
In this state, we might struggle to express our opinions, assert our needs, and avoid speaking out of fear of judgment or disapproval from others.
We tend to people-please, make ourselves small and "digestible," feel guilty for everything, and constantly seek approval and validation.
It’s common for people in this state to feel blocked, be shy about public speaking, and believe that their voice or ideas hold no value. This audio will explore simple practical exercises to improve this condition.
Lektion 8
Out Of Balance Due To Excess
When the throat chakra is unbalanced due to excess, people may tend to over-communicate, dominate conversations, or speak impulsively without considering others.
They might also try to impose their opinions, sometimes with anger. Often, this happens because, lacking inner security, they seek to gain it by dominating others, which makes them feel safe.
Other symptoms may include:
Tendency to be overly talkative
Speaking over others
Poor listening skills
Tendency to lie
Speaking with the intent to hurt, attack, belittle, or control
Difficulty tolerating ideas or truths different from their own
The need to always be right or interrupt others, convinced they hold the truth
Difficulty perceiving other people's points of view
Thinking in black-and-white terms, right or wrong, with little capacity to perceive the grey areas
To balance the throat chakra in this state, we will explore a series of exercises in this session.
Lektion 9
Open And Closed Throat
Human Design is a powerful tool for better understanding ourselves and the dynamics that influence our daily lives. The principles of Human Design come from integrating astrology, the I Ching, the chakra system, and Kabbalah. One of the central aspects of this system is how our Throat Center operates.
The Throat Center is closely tied to expression, communication, and the manifestation of our being in the world. It is quite a special center as all of our energy is trying to get there for expression, for creation. This is where our energy from every other center is given a voice.
Your throat can be Defined as "Closed" or Undefined "Open", which profoundly impacts how you express yourself and manifest in life.
In this session, I will guide you through the differences between a defined and undefined throat, highlighting strengths and weaknesses, hoping to inspire you to deepen your knowledge about how you work.
Lektion 10
Finally! From Repression To Expression
Many of us were unknowingly silenced or conditioned to suppress our true expression in our early years. Whether it was due to well-meaning parents, teachers, or society at large, the message was often clear: our authentic voices and emotions were too strong, too emotional, or simply "wrong."
Over time, these experiences accumulate, leading to a disconnection from our ability to express ourselves freely. This creates trauma, self-doubt, and even fear around using our voices and feeling our emotions freely. However, by healing these past repressions, we can reconnect with our inner truth and begin to express ourselves authentically, knowing that it is safe to do so.
