Today we are exploring the missing ingredient of mindful eating. Did you know that there is a biochemical flood of feel-good chemicals that naturally occur when you eat? Understanding what happens in the brain allows you to fully enjoy the moments of your brain's pleasure center being flooded with those feel good chemicals. And when you are able to appreciate your food and slow down, your satiation skyrockets!
