Profound spiritual transformation occurs during the process of menopause. Still, confusion can arise as you may be accustomed to living in the world one way while your "internal self" heads in a new direction. The physical self may also dramatically transform during this process. It's as though the fundamental elements of your being are transforming without consent! Cultural pressures, the fear of the unknown, and the mysterious nature of this natural life process can become overwhelming.
Through a process of “pause, process, and reflect,” this course will guide you back to yourself as an authority, giving you the confidence to make meaning of this very natural, often dramatic, but life-affirming transition.
Instructions: Begin the course when you are ready to prioritize and commit to 15-20 minutes each day. Choose the same time and location to immerse yourself in the session - even creating a dedicated study area or spiritual altar to help set the tone of your daily ritual. Keep paper and pencil nearby. Start each day by listening to the session. You will then be prompted to repeat an affirmation and spend five minutes meditating or reclining in rest to reflect. Finally, you'll use paper and pencil to write down whatever comes to mind - do a few minutes of automatic writing. (Don't overthink it write!) The daily format is easy to follow, low pressure, and a seamless way to habit build. You’ll enjoy waking up to the session morning!
Each lesson asks you to slow down, turn inward, and develop self-trust as you unveil your inner wisdom. You will better appreciate who you are now - and embrace who you are becoming!

Day 1: Acceptance
Acceptance: "I accept who I am - mind, body, and spirit." Menopause is a profound life transition affecting mental, emotional, and physical well-being. It goes beyond the surface and transforms your spirit as a defining life moment, and how you navigate it will have lasting effects. Today's focus is acceptance in all its forms.
Lektion 2
Day 2: Refuge
Affirmation: "I am secure and safe; I am my own refuge." Regardless of symptoms, it is crucial for you to prioritize peaceful reflection and rest. Doing this daily will lead you inward and you will develop a relationship to yourself as sanctuary. Teach yourself to find a quiet home within.

Day 3: Time And Space
Affirmation: "I create time and space to embrace what I want and need." For this session, you'll reflect on how taking time to rest and the process is imperative. You'll be encouraged to examine the literal physical space around you as well.
Lektion 4
Day 4: Opening Inward
Reflection: "Remembering now is an ideal time for reflection and personal growth." Menopause is not all positive, but it's an unavoidable and important rite of passage. You find new qualities within yourself that are surprising and exciting. Now is the time to release all life regrets and embrace what you find within!
Lektion 5
Day 5: Trust & Surrender
Affirmation: "I am on the right path." Surrender releases your body and mind so you can embrace a more expansive and compassionate perspective. In turn, you start to engage in the flow of life again - or “co-creating.” Trust the process!
