Welcoming Your Heart
We'll ease into the course today by settling in, and listening. You'll learn about the "jobs" of the mind, heart, and body, and learn how this course will allow you to bring these parts of you into greater harmony.
Lektion 2
The Art Of Slowing Down
Speed is the fuel of the thinking mind. In this lesson, we work with the breath to learn to start slowing down. This sets the foundation for gaining access to the heart and body in lessons to come. This practice is less than 10 minutes and accompanied by music.

Lektion 3
Slowing Down To Connect With The Heart
We build upon the previous lesson of finding slowness within ourselves through breath. Once we've slowed down, we'll start to connect with our body and heart space. This is our introduction to connecting with the heart, in future lessons we'll learn other approaches.

Lektion 4
Intensity And Distribution Of Sensation
Today, you will just be listening. We'll discuss how and why individuals experience sensation and emotion differently. You need to have your own experience rather than trying to create a sensation or emotion in your body that isn't safe, possible, or truly you. Instead, we focus on the beauty of getting to know and understand our unique selves and what our own patterns of experiencing sensation and emotion are like.
Lektion 5
Somatic Compassion
Today, we'll work with different events that may elicit compassion and other emotions. Without judgment, we'll allow these sensations around these events to land in our bodies and hearts. We'll then investigate how we treat ourselves comparatively to others when we undergo struggle and how we may learn to treat ourselves a little more kindly.

Cultivate Your Heart Energy
This lesson will introduce you to a new technique for heart connection - tapping into the energy of the heart. All you need is yourself, and a comfortable seat or place to lie down. Gentle music accompaniment.
Lektion 7
The Body Is Your Compass: Connecting With "Yes"
In this lesson, we shift from focus on the heart, to connecting with the body. We'll walk through a memory where we innately knew that something was meant for us, something that felt right, and connect with what that sensation felt like in our bodies.
Lektion 8
The Body Is Your Compass: Connecting With "No"
In the last lesson, we worked with a memory that evoked a knowing of "yes". Today we'll work with a memory that evokes feelings of being unsure, constricting away from - what we think of as "no". We'll observe what bodily sensation this evokes. We'll also discuss discerning bodily messages sent from the mind versus the heart.
Lektion 9
Bringing It All Together: Heart Is Guide, Body Is Compass
Today, we connect with our hearts and then pose a question, a wondering, to it. We sit back and allow the heart and body to inform us through any means it desires to communicate. We also discuss the importance of "outcome Independence".

Key Points And Advice On Integration
We've arrived at the end of the course! I'll summarize a few key points that I hope you will carry with you. We'll then discuss different approaches to help you integrate, so these practices become part of you.
