Health anxiety will often spark quick, emotional, fear based reactions. In this first lesson I’m going to teach you what responding to yourself vs reacting looks like. I'll also be explaining what health anxiety is and how it can show up, so that you feel supported and seen, as we move through this course.

Your body is an intelligent ecosystem, far smarter and competent than you realise. It does not need to be micromanaged by you and I’ll explain why. I’ll also teach you how anxiety blocks your ability to apply probability and why this is so useful to know.

Working Backwards
One of my most listened to tracks on insight timer is, ‘when you’ve gone to worst case scenario’. And that’s effectively what health anxiety does. It takes you to worst case and misses out everything in between. I'll teach you how to work backwards when you’ve gone to that fearful place.

Ever been down the rabbit hole of searching symptoms online? If you have you'll know that feeling of never getting a conclusion you feel satisfied with. That's why we need to look at creating boundaries. We'll also recognise together that life can be pretty scary and leave us feeling overwhelmed. I’ll teach you how to use anchors to ground yourself amongst life's unanswered questions.
