In this lesson, we'll explore the Inside-out understanding and how it can help you be unafraid of your experience. I want to help you see that circumstances, people, and events cannot harm you; your perception creates your experience. You'll get to see that different people react differently to the same circumstances, illustrating that experience is created from within. I hope to help you recognise that the nature of thought is transitory and moves through you without any effort on your part.

In this final lesson, we’ll discuss the importance of resetting yourself daily and tuning into your intuition. These practices can help you stay grounded and navigate life with greater ease and clarity. Create a daily ritual that helps you reset and find your quiet. It doesn’t have to be long or elaborate—just something that allows you to pause and listen to your inner self. Notice the nudges of intuition that arise during this time and see where they lead you.
