You will learn incredible role of meditation in promoting deep sleep and we'll also highlight the positive effects of meditation on hormones, heart health, and mental well-being. Part 2: The Key to Resolving the Sleep-Mind Connection In this second part of the course, we explore the intricate relationship between the mind and sleep and we addresses how stress and anxiety can disrupt sleep patterns. We will offer mindfulness techniques to untangle mental knots and promote a tranquil mind. The last part of this course focuses on the impact of a positive outlook on sleep. Too often we get stuck in a rut with our negative thinking around sleep which then becomes a self fulfilling prophecy. In this lesson, we help you to reframe the way you think about sleep, to think positively, to look forward to bedtime, decrease stress hormones and promote positive emotions when thinking about sleep in general. At the end of this lesson, you can enjoy your final meditation which will help to re train those negative thinking patterns around sleep, fill you with confidence and guide you in to a beautiful deep sleep filled with happiness, peace and calm.
