With mindfulness techniques and strategies to help self-regulate, find relaxation, and build your mental and emotional resilience, you’ll learn how to support your well-being as you adjust to life as a new parent. This course is intended for all levels of awareness and practice. This course is not intended as therapy or treatment from a mental health professional. This course is designed as a mindful exploration of self-care practices that can support you in making the transition to parenthood.

Your subtle energy influences your physical and mental well-being. Acknowledging your energy involves recognizing when your energy levels are depleted and using strategies to replenish and balance them. Tending to your energy gives you the capacity to put into your new role as a parent.

Caring for the Manomaya Kosha involves cultivating practices that promote mental clarity, emotional resilience, and psychological well-being.
