In this three-day course, you’ll be guided through short, compassionate teachings followed by grounding practices designed to help regulate the nervous system, reduce chronic tension and anxiety, and rebuild trust in your body’s natural rhythms. Rather than pushing for change or revisiting painful stories, the focus is on creating safety through presence, breath, orientation, and gentle body awareness. Each day builds on the last, beginning with understanding fear as a protective response, moving into compassionate listening to the body, and ending with practical ways to anchor safety in everyday moments. This course is especially supportive for sensitive, intuitive, or high-functioning individuals who appear steady on the outside but carry quiet stress or vigilance within. No prior meditation experience is required, only a willingness to slow down, listen inwardly, and meet yourself with kindness.
Hello, and welcome. I’m Karen, and I’m really glad you’re here. My work centers around helping people feel safer inside themselves — emotionally, physically, and energetically, especially those who tend to be sensitive, intuitive, or quietly carrying more than they show on the outside. Over the years, I’ve guided thousands of listeners through meditations focused on nervous system regulation, emotional healing, self-trust, and gentle reconnection with the body. What I’ve seen again and again is that people don’t need more pressure to improve or fix themselves, they need a place to land, a way to soften, and permission to slow down. This course was created from that understanding. It’s designed to be simple, grounded, and deeply kind to the nervous system. Nothing here asks you to force change or push through discomfort. Instead, we move slowly, building safety and trust in ways the body can actually receive. I’m honored to be practicing alongside you in this space, and I hope these sessions offer you a sense of steadiness, warmth, and support that you can return to long after the course ends....
Lektion 1
Nothing Is Wrong With You: Beginning To Feel Safe
On Day One, we begin by gently reframing fear as a natural protective response rather than a personal flaw or failure. Through a short, compassionate teaching and a grounding practice, you’ll be guided to slow down, orient to the present moment, and allow your body to experience small signals of safety. Instead of trying to fix or eliminate anxiety, the focus is on meeting yourself with kindness and permission, creating a soft place to land in your nervous system. This first day lays the foundation for trust, helping your body remember what it feels like to be supported, steady, and safe enough right now.
Lektion 2
Meeting The Body Where Fear Lives
On Day Two, we gently bring awareness into the body, learning to notice where fear or tension may reside without judgment or pressure. Through compassionate teaching and a guided body-centered practice, you’ll explore subtle sensations, pauses, and breath as ways to reconnect with your body’s wisdom. The focus is not on fixing or changing anything, but on cultivating presence, offering warmth and attention to yourself, and building trust in the body’s natural ability to regulate. This day helps you move more deeply into self-compassion and embodied safety, creating a foundation for carrying that steadiness forward.
Lektion 3
Carrying Safety Forward
On Day Three, we focus on integration, learning how to carry a felt sense of safety with you beyond the practice. Through a short teaching and a guided anchoring exercise, you’ll recall moments of ease from previous days and pair them with simple cues like the breath, touch, or a comforting word. This day helps you build a portable sense of steadiness you can return to throughout your day, even in small moments of challenge. By practicing presence, self-compassion, and gentle awareness, you leave this session with a stronger relationship to your own nervous system and a sense of trust in your ability to regulate and care for yourself.
