Lektion 1
The Savoring Snapshot
In this session, we'll learn how to intentionally focus on and appreciate small positive moments in your day. Often, these little sparks of joy flit by without us fully registering them. The Savoring Snapshot technique will guide you in mentally "photographing" a pleasant experience and then replaying it in your mind, paying close attention to the sensory details and the positive emotions it evokes. This practice helps you extract more joy from the everyday and train your brain to notice the good around you.
Lektion 2
The Micro-Kindness Compass
In this lesson, we'll explore how intentionally directing small acts of kindness can cultivate joy not only for others but also for ourselves. The Micro-Kindness Compass involves identifying a tiny, spontaneous act of kindness you can perform immediately, either for someone else or for yourself. We will then take a moment to mentally sense the positive ripple effect of that kindness, enhancing the feelings of connection and joy. Enjoy this guided practice!
