We’ll explore the science behind sympathetic and parasympathetic states and how yoga - through breath, movement, and awareness - can help bring balance. The practice includes gentle breath observation and grounding to begin building a sense of presence and connection within.

Day 2 focuses on cultivating a felt sense of safety in the body. Through grounding postures, gentle movement, and calming breathwork, you’ll explore how to anchor into the present moment with compassion and care. This session emphasizes slowing down and connecting to physical sensations, helping the nervous system shift toward regulation and stability.

Release & Let Go - Softening Tension & Allowing Emotional Flow
Day 3 invites you to gently release held tension and emotion through mindful movement, supported breathwork, and somatic expression. This session focuses on creating space - physically and emotionally - through practices like gentle shaking, sighing exhalations, and supported heart-opening postures. You'll explore how letting go can happen slowly, safely, and in your own time, guided by your body’s innate wisdom.

Heart-Centered Connection - Cultivating Self-Compassion & Inner Strength
On Day 4, we turn inward to explore self-compassion and emotional openness through heart-centered movement and breath. Using gentle backbends, supportive shapes, and even-paced breathing, this session invites you to soften around the heart and reconnect with inner strength. The focus is on cultivating kindness toward yourself and allowing space for vulnerability in a grounded, supported way.

Reclaiming Personal Power
Today’s session centers on reconnecting with your inner strength. Through grounding yet energizing movement, intentional breathwork, and supportive postures, you’ll explore what it feels like to inhabit your body with confidence and clarity. This is about reclaiming your own power - gently remembering that your body is your own, and you have the right to take up space, make choices, and feel empowered from within.

Integration & Resting In The Wisdom Of The Body
On Day 6, we shift into a slower, more reflective practice designed to support integration. After several days of movement, release, and reconnection, this session invites you to pause and truly listen - without urgency or expectation. Gentle restorative postures, extended breath awareness, and moments of stillness help your nervous system settle deeply, allowing insights and experiences to land. It’s a space for softness, clarity, and inner trust.

Bringing These Tools Into Daily Life
In our final session, we pause to acknowledge and integrate all you’ve experienced over the past seven days. This is a space to reflect on the tools you’ve explored - movement, breath, stillness, and inner inquiry - and how they can now support you beyond the mat. Through gentle, grounding movement and a closing ritual, we’ll seal the practice with a sense of wholeness, encouraging trust in your body’s ability to regulate and restore.
