Lektion 1
What Stories Am I Living?
This first week of "Reclaiming Power" invites a soft courage: to pause, look inward, and notice the beliefs and identities you’ve been carrying — especially the ones you’ve outgrown. Together, we’ll explore how family, culture, and lived experience have shaped your self-concept, and begin to loosen what no longer fits. Each session offers a steady space to return to yourself — through breath, body awareness, and honest reflection. As you recognize the stories you’ve been unconsciously holding, space opens for a truer you to breathe. No rushing. No fixing. Just an invitation to remember who you are beneath the noise, and to let that remembrance guide what stays and what gently releases. You’ll begin by arriving in your body and feeling the support beneath you. Then you’ll imagine a simple shelf and let one familiar story step forward. You’ll notice its weight and shape, what it has promised you, and what it has cost. With compassion, you’ll trace where it began—no blame, just recognition—and thank it for how it once protected you. If it doesn’t feel true now, you’ll experiment with sliding it from the center of the shelf to the edge to create space. You’ll rest as the awareness beneath all narratives and close with a gentle question: What wants the center shelf now?
Lektion 2
Who Told Me This Was True?
Today you’ll trace the origin of one belief you hold about yourself. After arriving in your body, you’ll bring a single belief into focus and step into an imaginal “hall of voices.” You’ll notice which voice taught it to you — family, culture, a specific moment, or the absence of what you needed to hear — and how it once kept you safe. With compassion, you’ll lower the volume on borrowed voices and turn up your own inner truth, then plant a new seed: a kinder, more accurate line you’re willing to live by. You’ll close by returning to your day with a simple, empowering question.
Lektion 3
Meeting The Inner Critic
Today you’ll meet your inner critic with curiosity rather than combat. After arriving in your body, you’ll invite this voice to take a visible “seat” so you can see how it speaks and what it tries to protect. You’ll explore when it first appeared and translate its harsh message into the care it was aiming for—belonging, safety, excellence, or control. From there, you’ll renegotiate the relationship: lowering intensity, setting kind boundaries, and offering the critic a new role as an advisor—not a driver. You’ll finish by resting in the steadier awareness beneath all voices and returning to your day with clarity.
Lektion 4
The Masks I Wear
Today you’ll meet the “masks” you’ve worn to be safe, accepted, or successful. After arriving in your body, you’ll step into an imaginary wardrobe room and let one mask — one familiar role — come forward. You’ll notice when it first appeared, what need it met, and what it now costs. With care, you’ll try setting the mask down — not forever, just long enough to breathe and feel yourself without it. You’ll explore what becomes available when you don’t have to perform: more room for truth, warmth, and ease. The session closes by re-inhabiting your unmasked presence and carrying a simple question into your day.
Lektion 5
The Weight I Carry
Today, you’ll notice where old stories live as weight in your body and let a little of it go. You’ll arrive through your feet (standing or seated), map where gravity meets you, and invite small, simple releases — hands, jaw, breath. Then you’ll use a “stone bowl” image: choose one specific weight you’ve been carrying, feel exactly where it lives, and place it — temporarily — into a bowl in front of you. You’ll thank what’s heavy for how it once protected you and make space for lightness without forcing anything. You’ll close by sensing what changes when you’re not carrying quite as much.
Lektion 6
I Am Not My Past
Today, you’ll sense the difference between history and identity. You’ll arrive through a unique back-body breath and “horizon” orientation, then bring to mind one past chapter you’ve outgrown. Instead of rejecting it, you’ll set it on a small table behind you — honoring how it helped you survive while choosing not to wear it now. You’ll feel how your body changes when the past is carried as memory, not as name. Then you’ll turn toward a clear horizon and let one quality of your becoming meet you here. The session closes by resting in the awareness beneath every story and carrying a simple, liberating question into your day.
Lektion 7
Remembering My Original Self
Today you’ll reconnect with the part of you that existed before roles, rules, and stories — the original you. You’ll arrive with a gentle self-hold (hands crossing the chest/shoulders) to cue safety, then step into an imaginary sanctuary with a still pool that reflects your unconditioned self. You’ll meet this presence — not as a fantasy, but as a felt sense in your body — notice how it moves, speaks, and chooses, and let it place one simple blessing in your hands for the days ahead. You’ll close by resting as awareness beneath every identity, then return to life carrying a quiet, steady knowing of who you are.
Lektion 8
Who Do I Want to Be?
Week 2 invites you to take the pen back. Now that you’ve created space by letting old stories loosen, you’ll begin shaping a self-concept that reflects your truest values. This isn’t performance or forced positivity; it’s a gentle return to authorship. Through guided practices, you’ll listen for the voice that is actually yours, craft language that supports who you’re becoming, and make small, lived decisions that align with it. We’ll explore beliefs you’ve inherited, soften the ones that don’t fit, and plant clear, kind phrases that you’re willing to live by. The result isn’t a brand-new you — it’s a truer one, spoken from the inside out. You are allowed to choose your story now. Today you’ll meet the most aligned version of yourself — the one already living from your values — and let that vision shape who you’re choosing to be now. You’ll arrive with a “pelvic bowl” breath in a relaxed seated mountain posture, surface three core values as lanterns, and step to a threshold where your future self meets you. You’ll study their pace, posture, voice, and choices, receive one clear piece of guidance, and distill it into a small, workable commitment for today. To close, you’ll run a brief embodiment rehearsal of that step and then re-enter your day with a distinct orienting ritual so the shift travels with you.
Lektion 9
Reclaiming The Pen
Today you’ll reclaim your voice — the one that speaks to you when no one else is listening. You’ll arrive through warm, tactile hand work and a gentle finger-trace breath to quiet the noise, then notice the “default narrator” that runs in the background. With a brief clearing, you’ll make space for a single, truer line — language that is accurate, kind, and livable. You’ll test how that line lands in your body, adjust the wording until it’s honest, and anchor it with a simple gesture so you can carry it into real life. You don’t need to rewrite everything today. One true line is enough to begin.
Lektion 10
A New Internal Narrative
Today you’ll craft a small set of affirmations you can actually live. You’ll arrive with a side-body breath against a wall (or imagined wall) to create steadiness, then step into a “scribing bench” visualization where language is shaped, not performed. You’ll write three lines: a Now-Line for everyday tone, an Edge-Line for hard moments, and a Night-Line to close your day with self-respect. Each line is tested with a tuning-fork check in the chest, jaw, and belly, then refined until your body softens or steadies. You’ll seal the lines with a subtle anchor so they travel with you. One truthful line is powerful — three, well-chosen, can change your day.
Lektion 11
Choosing Sovereignty
Today you’ll practice sovereignty as a lived experience — choosing what’s yours to carry and what isn’t. You’ll arrive with a distinct “heels–heart–crown” alignment (a simple postural stack that reads as dignified without tension), then map a personal perimeter at arm’s length. In an imaginal “Key Ring & Doorways” exercise, you’ll notice where attention leaks, choose which doors to unlock or close, and claim a short “permission + protection” statement that feels honest in your body. You’ll rehearse one boundary line you can use today and anchor it with a quiet gesture so the choice travels with you. This isn’t resistance; it’s respect.
Lektion 12
Living As The Real Me
Today you’ll practice congruence — letting who you are on the inside shape how you move on the outside. You’ll arrive on your feet with a simple “track stance” and foot-to-floor mapping that steadies attention without forcing breath. Then you’ll choose one value to prioritize today and walk through three brief “life scenes” to sense what congruent words, choices, and energy look like in real time. You’ll pick a single micro-dare — one action small enough to do and meaningful enough to matter — rehearse the posture and sentence you’ll use, and set a concrete cue. You’ll close by taking two literal steps (or imaginal ones) so momentum begins here, not later.
Lektion 13
Rewriting My Role
Today you’ll examine a role you tend to play — fixer, pleaser, overachiever, invisible one — and choose a new, truer job description. You’ll arrive with an occipital cradle and back-line breath to settle your system, then lay out a small “deck” of Role Cards. You’ll choose one card, sense how it lives in your body, honor how it once protected you, and identify its costs. Then you’ll write a two-part New Contract — what you no longer carry and what you now choose to embody — and physically seal it with a simple “signature” gesture. You’ll name one real situation to practice the new role today and return with a distinct cue so it travels with you.
Lektion 14
Becoming Possible
Today you’ll gather what you’ve rewritten this week and feel possibility as a lived direction. You’ll arrive with a soft humming practice that settles the nervous system and a back-of-heart support cue to invite steadiness. Then you’ll step into a “Constellation Room,” mapping the week’s shifts as stars — values, one true line, sovereignty, congruence, and your new role. You’ll choose a North Star (one guiding quality) and draw a single pathline from here to your next small action so momentum becomes real. You’ll seal it with a brief pulse-tap cadence and re-enter your day with a crisp orientation ritual that helps the shift travel.
Lektion 15
The Energy Of Yes And No
Week 3 is where your clarity becomes embodied. Together we’ll explore how your energy is spent, protected, and renewed — not by force, but by listening closely to the body’s signals. You’ll learn to recognize a true yes and a necessary no, to feel your natural perimeter, and to direct your attention toward what actually nourishes you. These practices are simple and practical: grounding in sensation, tending to what feels heavy, and choosing the settings of the “doors” your energy moves through. As you align your actions with intention, you’ll notice more steadiness, more breath, and more room to be yourself. Your energy is sacred. This week you learn to treat it that way — with respect, clarity, and care. Today you’ll learn how your body says “yes” and “no.” After a clear, simple drop-in, you’ll calibrate two signals using everyday memories: one that felt right to you, and one that didn’t. You’ll map each as sensation — location, quality, and direction — and use a single, optional anchor to mark moments of clarity. You’ll test the signals with one small decision and return to the room without rushing. No hype, no guessing — just practical, body-led information you can trust.
Lektion 16
Protecting Your Energy
Today you’ll practice protecting your energy without armoring up. After a gentle arrival, you’ll sense your arm ’s-length field as a breathable perimeter. You’ll identify one drain channel (where energy leaks) and one nourish channel (what refuels you), then adjust each with a simple “slider” image — down one notch for the drain, up one notch for the nourish. A single, optional anchor will help mark each choice. You’ll pick settings you can keep for the next few hours, preview one real moment, and return to the room — clear, contained, and available for what matters.
Lektion 17
Restoring Your Charge
Today you’ll build a simple recharge protocol you can use in 60–120 seconds — anytime, anywhere. After you settle in, you’ll check your “battery,” then learn three fast resets: Release (small muscle relaxation), Restore (longer, quieter exhale), and Refocus (a clean attention reset). You’ll choose one step from each category to form your personal "R-R-R" protocol, rehearse it once, and pick two everyday cues to use it (before a call, after scrolling, between tasks). You’ll return to the room grounded and clear. Not a fix-all — just a reliable way to refuel on purpose.
Lektion 18
Aim Your Attention
Today, you’ll treat focus like a boundary: one lane, one window, one next step. After we drop in together, you’ll choose a focus lane for today and define two things: the start line (first concrete action) and the definition of done (what ends this window). You’ll set a simple 10-minute container, run a 60-second rehearsal, and learn how to handle pulls with a quick parking-lot note + one long, quiet exhale to return. You’ll close with a micro-ritual so the lane feels complete, then re-enter the room ready to use this in real life.
Lektion 19
Clean Yes, Kind No
Today, you’ll turn inner alignment into simple words. After settling in, you’ll name what you’re protecting (focus, rest, timing) and draft two short boundary lines — a clean yes and a kind no — that match your values. You’ll practice the two-beat pace (brief pause before speaking; full stop at the end) so your tone is warm and firm without overexplaining. You’ll add one realistic redirect (“here’s what works”) and rehearse a real moment from today. The only optional anchor is one longer, quieter exhale before you speak.
Lektion 20
Staying With Myself (Even With Others)
Today you’ll practice staying with yourself while you’re with someone else. After our drop-in, you’ll set an inner seat at the pelvis and a long, easy spine. You’ll rehearse two short in-conversation resets — Feet–Exhale–Finish and Seat–Spine–Speak — so you can slow down, feel what’s true, and communicate without armoring up. You’ll notice common pull patterns (fixing, pleasing, over-explaining), choose one orienting sentence that keeps you with you, and run two brief scenario practices.
Lektion 21
My Energy, On Purpose
Today you’ll gather what you practiced this week and choose a simple Energy Code you can live: one drain to turn down, one nourish to turn up, one focus lane to protect, and one relationship cue that keeps you with yourself. After you arrive and settle in, you’ll set your “dashboard” sliders and rehearse two real moments from the day ahead so the practice travels with you. You may choose to mark your choice or reset moment with a longer, quieter exhale. You’ll finish with a clear return and a short plan for when you’ll run your code next.
Lektion 22
Walking In Integrity
This final week is where your inner work becomes visible. Embodied confidence isn’t a performance; it’s the quiet steadiness of someone who honors what’s true—then moves from it. We’ll translate the clarity you’ve built into simple, repeatable actions: choosing a focus, speaking clean yes/kind no, protecting your energy while staying warm, and following through on what you value. You’ll practice small reps that travel into your day—opening and closing work “lanes,” setting wise access to your attention, and staying with yourself even with others. The result isn’t a louder version of you; it’s a truer one in motion. This week, you lead yourself—on purpose, in real time. Today you’ll match what’s true inside with one honest action outside. We’ll take a moment to arrive and let the breath set the pace. You’ll run a quick integrity check — “What’s true right now?” — choose a single value for the day, and set one focus lane with a clear start line and definition of done. We’ll rehearse the first honest step so it’s ready to run after the session, preview one likely obstacle, and name a no-drama adjustment. The aim isn’t perfection; it’s alignment you can repeat. One value, one lane, one true beginning — enough to move your day from clarity into motion.
Lektion 23
Trusting Myself
Today you’ll strengthen self-trust by keeping one tiny promise — and learning how to renegotiate without shame when life shifts. We’ll settle in and let the breath set a steady pace. You’ll name a single, specific action you can complete today, right-sized to minutes, not hours, then set a simple if–then strategy so the moment you see your cue, you begin. We’ll add a kind renegotiation script (“halve, reschedule, or simplify”) so your promise stays alive instead of abandoned. You’ll rehearse the first minute so it’s ready to run after the session, then close with a short return.
Lektion 24
Being Seen
Today you’ll practice being seen in a way that’s true for you. We’ll ease in, get quiet, and let the breath set the tempo. You’ll choose one small act of visibility — an ask, an update, a post, or a conversation — then craft a single clear line to carry it. We’ll set “safety settings” (where, when, how much) so your nervous system stays with you, rehearse the moment at a calm pace, and add a short post-share decompression so you don’t spiral afterward. Visibility here isn’t performance; it’s alignment that can be witnessed. One honest line, one kind pace, one real share — enough to move your story into the world.
Lektion 25
Leading From Within
Today you’ll practice guiding yourself while the moment is moving. We’ll get present and let the breath set a workable pace. You’ll choose one situation that needs leadership today, name what matters (your leading value), and make a one-sentence decision you can act on. Then you’ll rehearse how to deliver it — calmly, without armoring up — using a brief Seat–Spine–Speak reset and a simple comma breath before key phrases. You’ll also learn how to handle pulls with note > exhale > return, so attention comes back on purpose. Leave with a clear line, a next step, and a body you can trust to carry both.
Lektion 26
Courage In Motion
Today you’ll practice courage as a tiny, livable act — not a surge. We’ll slow down first, then let the breath meet the body. You’ll pick one area that’s calling for movement (work, relationship, creative, care), name your edge, and shape a micro-dare you can finish in 1–3 minutes. We’ll adjust it with clear “floor and ceiling” rules, set a simple start cue, and use a calm “3-2-1 begin” to get started without drama. You’ll rehearse the first 45 seconds, define a clean “done,” and choose one adjustment if a wobble appears. Courage grows by reps you can repeat — one micro-dare today, another tomorrow.
Lektion 27
Confidence As Embodiment
Today you’ll practice confidence you can feel — in how you stand, sit, walk in, and speak. We’ll come to stillness and let your breath welcome you. You’ll set a soft-front/strong-back posture, then practice three short visualization exercises: walking in calmly, settling into your seat, and speaking one clear line with a steady voice. Each exercise is simple and repeatable, with an optional longer, quieter exhale to anchor your choices. You’ll finish by choosing one posture cue and one sentence as your baseline for the day. This isn’t a performance — it’s letting your body carry what’s true, without extra effort.
Lektion 28
This Is Who I Am
Today you’ll gather what you’ve built and assemble a Confidence Playbook you can carry forward with you into the days, weeks, months and years ahead. We’ll get present — simple, steady, no rush. You’ll name a few honest wins, choose your core tiles (Morning Start, Focus Lane, Boundary Line, "R-R-R" Recharge, Conversation Reset), and select the two you’ll run in the next 24 hours. We’ll rehearse the first minute so it’s ready to go, create one if–then for resilience, and seal it with a short identity line that feels true in your body. Confidence isn’t loud — it’s repeatable. One clear plan, carried by a body that matches it.
Lektion 29
Course Closing Message: You Are The Work, And You Are The Way
This final message honors the ground you’ve claimed in Reclaiming Power and the roots you planted in Coming Home. In three quiet minutes, you’ll acknowledge what has changed, bless what’s still unfolding, and choose how you’ll carry this forward—practically and tenderly. You’ll hear how this second movement fits inside the full three-part journey, with a gentle invitation into "Living On Purpose". No hype, no rush—just a clear sendoff to move as the person you are becoming, one honest step at a time.
