This is a gentle, five-part meditation series to support you before and after a plant medicine ceremony. Four weekly practices guide you through preparation—clarifying your intention, supporting your body, building emotional tools, and softening control. A final post-ceremony meditation offers space for integration, helping you reconnect and reflect without rushing to understand it all. This series is not a substitute for the guidance of your ceremony facilitator, but a supportive rhythm to walk alongside your process with steadiness, care, and presence.

Lektion 1
Week One: Rooting In Intention
This week’s lesson invites you to begin—not with certainty, but with honesty. Through guided breath and gentle visualization, you’ll explore what’s quietly calling you toward the ceremony. Rather than forcing clarity, you’re invited to notice what’s already stirring within: questions, longings, discomfort, or hope. You'll connect with the idea of intention as a seed—not something to perfect, but something to tend. This practice helps you begin the journey by simply arriving, just as you are.
Lektion 2
Week Three: Grounding + Tools For The Journey
This week’s lesson helps you explore practical, body-based tools to support you during your plant medicine ceremony. You’ll be guided through four gentle grounding practices—including breathwork, sensory anchoring, emotional permission, and EFT tapping—to help you stay connected to yourself when things feel intense or unfamiliar. This is not about controlling the experience—it’s about learning how to stay present through it. You’ll also be invited to choose what resonates most, so you can begin building your own inner toolkit for the journey ahead.
Lektion 3
Week Two: Supporting The Body + Choosing Nourishment
This week’s lesson invites you into a deeper relationship with your body—not as something to manage or perfect, but as a sacred guide for the journey ahead. Through breath, awareness, and gentle contact, you’ll begin to notice how your body feels and what it may need. You’ll also be encouraged to reflect on what you’re consuming—not just food, but media, energy, and conversations—and make one or two small shifts toward nourishment. This isn’t about doing more—it’s about noticing more. Your body doesn’t need to be purified or changed. It just needs to be listened to. This is the beginning of building trust with the vessel that will carry you through.
Lektion 4
Week Four: Clearing Space + Letting Go
This week’s lesson guides you to step out of preparation mode and into presence. You’ll be invited to reflect on your environment, relationships, inputs, and energy—making intentional choices to simplify, rest, and step back from anything that creates noise or unnecessary stress. The practice includes breath, gentle reflection, and a process for identifying what you're ready to release before entering ceremony. It’s a reminder that you don’t need to feel “ready”—you only need to be open, quiet enough to hear yourself, and willing to meet what’s coming with space around it.
Lektion 5
Bonus: Integration Meditation — After Ceremony
This gentle post-ceremony lesson and reflection supports you in the first hours, days, or weeks after a psychedelic or plant medicine journey. Rather than pushing for insight or clarity, this practice offers a space to slow down, feel into your body, and begin the integration process with softness and care. You’ll be guided through grounding breath, somatic check-ins, practical tools, and reflective prompts to help you stay in relationship with what’s unfolding—without needing to make sense of it all right away. Integration begins here—not with urgency, but with presence.
