Through a guided visualization, you will create an inner safe space, a sanctuary you can return to whenever you need grounding.

Building Safety Within The Body
On the second day, you will learn how the body carries the imprint of unsafety, and how to approach your nervous system with compassion instead of frustration. We will explore how to gently notice where your body holds tension and how to offer it the reassurance it has longed for. Through a powerful visualization, you will meet your nervous system as if it were a child who has been on guard for too long, and you will practice giving it tenderness, patience, and safety.
Lektion 3
Living From A Place Of Safety
On the third day, you will integrate everything you have learned, stepping from survival into living. You will explore how emotional safety transforms relationships, boundaries, and your inner voice. Living from safety means no longer shrinking, no longer disappearing, but standing steady in who you are. In a final visualization, you will meet your future self — the version of you who feels safe, grounded, and free — and receive their wisdom and reassurance. This day is about carrying safety forward, so that it becomes not just a practice, but a way of life.
