As November draws to a close, this final reflection invites you to pause and honour what has shaped you - people, memories, and moments that have touched your heart. Through soft breathing, gratitude, and gentle presence, you’ll learn to meet remembrance with compassion instead of resistance. This practice helps you find comfort in stillness and peace in the natural cycle of holding on and letting go.
