Caroline is a qualified and highly experienced Life Coach, Wellbeing Specialist, and Trauma-Informed Practitioner with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals and families to rebuild confidence, clarity, and calm.
Educated with a degree in Psychology, a Life Coaching Diploma, and a Level 3 Certificate in Education & Training, and is also insured and DBS-checked for her professional work.
Caroline's approach blends evidence-based coaching with a compassionate, holistic understanding of human wellbeing. She has guided people through stress, burnout, self-doubt, and transition — helping them reconnect with their natural resilience and wisdom.
Through her Ultimate Wellbeing coaching practice, she combines gentle psychology, mindfulness, and reflective practices to help clients feel grounded, confident, and free to live a calm, authentic, healthy life.
