Thank you for this course. I thoroughly enjoyed and although I was already aware of the links it was a great reminder. Regarding the effects of words, I always notice that the word heart is mentioned I feel an instant spike of anxiety/adrenaline in my chest. Might this indicate some sort of heart blockage? Thank you again 💓

This is an important subject to me that used to be confusing (how do emotions create pain in my body?!). This course does a great job of making this info accessible in an easy to digest format. Highly recommend it!

Fantastic course, which I wish had been longer as I was just beginning to get in to a new habit of being / feeling /moving.. Other helpful ways for me to "unstick" pain not mentioned include EFT, singing or humming, and diaphragmatic breathwork. Many thanks for a great course! 💕

I didn’t realize how much tension I was holding in my body. I loved this course and becoming aware of the tools that work for me. Being in nature helps to give me balance and I will use these other tools for when I cannot be outside. Thank you so much for this course.
