This course is an introduction to EFT Tapping, a somatic stress reduction technique. Tapping instantly reduces anxiety and can be used to increase happiness, confidence and motivation. It can be practiced to gain clarity, or to move past limiting beliefs, unhelpful emotions and even physical symptoms. I like to refer to tapping as a "somatic pep-talk." It involves stimulating acupressure points on the body while verbalizing an issue. Tapping on these points has a positive effect on the stress areas of the brain, it also has been shown to lower levels of the stress hormone cortisol. When we tap while talking through challenges, we are able to more quickly resolve issues and move past fear and other unhelpful emotions. Tapping has been shown to help reduce anxiety, PTSD, general trauma, stress, depression, pain, insomnia and other issues. In this course, I'll introduce you to simple tapping techniques as well as the clinical protocol for tapping, and my own personal technique. I'll teach you how to create your own tapping practice, and also guide you through some tapping practices to help reduce anxiety, pain, and improve sleep and confidence. When you are finished with this course, you will have a solid understanding of how to use tapping to improve any area of well being in your life.

In this lesson I will introduce you to eft tapping, explain what it is, and its many incredible benefits and uses. I'll introduce the course outline and we’ll end this lesson with a short and simple side-of-the-hand tapping demonstration.
Lektion 2
The Science Of Tapping
In this lesson I will discuss the science of tapping and the clinical protocol, or method of tapping that is used for all of the gold standard scientific studies that have been done to learn about the effectiveness of EFT tapping. I will then introduce you to some more tapping points on the body, and we will do a full round of tapping using the clinical protocol.

My Personal Method of Tapping
In this lesson, I am excited to share my very own method of tapping which I have developed to support my own needs over the past 10+ years. I combine the clinical protocol method of tapping with my own practice of tapping on negative feelings, moving that energy, and then inviting in positive energy. Grab a journal and pen for this lesson.

Tapping To Improve Sleep
In this lesson I will introduce you to some tapping techniques for insomnia; how to use tapping to improve sleep, reduce bedtime rumination, and how to fall back asleep when you wake up in the middle of the night. You may want to listen to this lesson closer to bedtime.
Lektion 5
Tapping To Transform Physical Symptoms
In this lesson we are going to talk about how to use tapping to affect physical symptoms in the body, and how to use tapping to reduce stress associated with pain in the body. Grab a big glass of water for this lesson, and always stay hydrated after tapping.
Lektion 6
Starting Your Day With A Positive Tapping Practice
In this final lesson I will teach you how to tap in positive feelings like confidence, having a great day and gratitude. And then we will discuss how to create a morning tapping recording for yourself to start every day in a positive mind frame. Grab something to write with and a tall glass of water.

This is a FANTASTIC course and I highly recommend if you are just starting to dip your toes in the tapping water. I’d done some tapping work but I wanted to better understand how to practice on my own and this course did just that. Very professional and well done. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved this course, I used this practice right out of the box to amazing results. All of the instructions were clear and certainly easy to follow. I practiced tapping in real life situations in conjunction with breathing techniques to be an effective pause button in stressful situations and to not be reactive.
