Your Relationship to Anxiety (Reflection & Journaling)
This session invites participants to explore how they personally relate to their anxiety. Guided prompts will help uncover patterns, beliefs, triggers, and emotions tied to anxiety. Journaling and reflection will encourage insight and self-awareness.
Lektion 3
Processing & Integration
Participants will revisit their journal reflections with gentle guidance and supportive psychoeducation. This session focuses on understanding patterns, processing what surfaced, and identifying shifts, tools, or new ways of relating to anxiety moving forward.
