The first three lessons focus on providing information from Ayurveda and modern science to enable you to make informed choices, and make tweaks to your day to enable better sleep at night. The last two lessons provide practices for falling asleep and dealing with wakefulness in the night.

Daily Rhythm And The Melatonin Cortisol Dance
In this class we explore the daily rhythm through both an Ayurvedic and modern scientific lens. The lesson provides information for you to enable you to make decisions about how to make changes to your own daily rhythm to support your sleep.

The Food-Sleep Connection
In this lesson we'll look at the impact of eating and drinking particular foods and drinks can have on sleep, and why the timing of eating and drinking influences our ability to fall asleep.
Lektion 3
Dos And Don'ts of Evening Routines
In this lesson we'll look at what type of evening activity can benefit you the most according to your Ayurvedic constitution type, as well as the science behind reducing screen time eating earlier.
Lektion 4
Releasing Into Sleep
In this lesson we'll explore creating rituals and undertaking practices to do at bedtime to support you in letting go of your day, and easing into sleep.
Lektion 5
Acceptance And Dealing With Waking In The Night
In this final lesson we'll take a look at what you can do if you wake during the night to support yourself in falling back asleep. We'll conclude by touching on the idea of acceptance as a way of improving our wellbeing when we're not sleeping well.

Brilliant course, I’ll be listening to it again. Thank you 🙏🏻 … and I did. This course is so helpful & teaches the acceptance needed to help stop the worry around not getting enough sleep which leads to that cortisol surge which in turn makes us more wakeful. Thank you again, this is a wonderful course.
