Lektion 1
You Are Free To Change
Our first session is a welcome and introduction to the course. You’ll get to know your teacher and you’ll find out what you can expect as we journey through the next 10 days, together.
Our minds are ours to change, and it is possible to rewire our subconscious minds – to change our beliefs about ourselves, the world around us and other people. And when we do that, our physical lives begin to change too.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I am free to change, I am free to choose”.

Get To Know And Love Your Incredible Mind
In today’s session, we discuss what constitutes the conscious, subconscious, and unconscious parts of the mind and look at some statistics from neuroscientists that show just how important the subconscious mind is in influencing our thoughts, feelings, and behavior. We also look at why our minds are naturally wired to focus more easily on negative information.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I can choose to love my incredible mind”.

Changing Your Mind Is Child’s Play
Today we get deeper into how our subconscious mind gets programmed from birth. We look at different states of consciousness and the brain wave frequencies of each type of brain state. Then we look at how we can reprogram our subconscious mind – rewire our brain, to take more control over our own lives.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I have the power to create a life I love”.

How To Overcome Limiting Self-Beliefs
In today’s session, we cover limiting beliefs – these disempowering programs we end up with as adults. We’ll get deeper into how we can become aware of the limiting beliefs we have in place, and how we can begin to change them forever, into new beliefs, and new programs that do support and empower us through the course of our lives.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I am free to let go of the past”.

How To Hack Your Self-Talk
Today’s session is all about the huge importance of our self-talk for our mental, emotional and even physical health. We talk about the inner critic and its role in our lives; how you can install an inner cheerleader, and become a loving parent to yourself, thereby helping to heal your inner child. The subconscious mind absorbs everything it hears, in our speech and thoughts, so practicing self-kindness and self-compassion is incredibly important.
This session will help you to empower yourself and feel more confident.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I deserve my acceptance and kindness”.

How To Overcome Procrastination And Take Aligned Action
Today’s session will help you to overcome procrastination and get motivated to take aligned action on your heart projects – the things that truly matter to you. It will also help you find more joy in the things you must do, but find challenging.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I get to do the things that matter to me”.

How To Neuro-Manifest Anything
In today’s session we’ll talk about the difference between being attached to the things we want, and focusing therefore on their absence, and being connected to the things we want and focusing on their future presence. We’ll look at the issue with the word ‘trying’ and how that word can prevent us from moving in our chosen direction, and we’ll also address the importance of knowing that the things we want are available to us and that we deserve them.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I deserve a life I love”.

Your Mind Is A Genie – Tell It What You Want
Today’s session is all about the importance of giving our subconscious mind the right information – and what that right information is. We’ll look at the incredible power of the subconscious mind to get us out of things we don’t want to do, or rather the things it wrongly believes we don’t want to do! I’ll give you powerful tips to manifest more time and more energy.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “What I want is available to me”.

How To Love And Accept Ourselves Unconditionally
Today’s session is all about the importance of self-acceptance, with a focus on unconditional acceptance of our physical bodies, even if some of our cells are not currently behaving in a way that pleases us. I’ll share a powerful tip to help with losing weight if that’s something you need or want to do for health reasons.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I choose to love and accept my amazing body exactly as it is right now”.

Back To The Now – The Power Of Presence
In today’s session, I’ll introduce you to two final hacks you can easily start to use to bring your attention back to the present and to strengthen your brain’s capacity to focus attention on the positive aspects of your life exactly as it is right now. Today’s session will help you to find more inner peace and happiness in your day-to-day life, without any external circumstances having to change.
The affirmation for today’s meditation practice is “I have enough, I do enough, I am enough”.
