In this course, you will learn how to support total mind-body wellness. We often think about exercising the body, getting good rest, and restorative therapies. The mind needs these too. This can be achieved through simple practices that can happen easily, naturally, and organically by doing things you love every day. Choosing to do something daily that gives you joy and lights up your life, repeating behaviors or ‘practices’ that will give your mind a break, a rest, and time to recover and be restored. The course covers three main topics that will give a variety of ways for you to provide rest, recovery, and restoration of your mind daily. You may already be doing some of these and this course will fill in the gaps that your mind will benefit from. Lesson 1 outlines what we mean by Daily renewal of the mind and covers the benefits of taking part in these simple practices which come under three main headings - Feed, Free, and Focus. Lesson 2 Feed the Mind, talks about the activities that will add useful nourishment to your mind, supporting positivity. Lesson 3 Free the Mind, talks about the activities that will relieve the negative burdens and thoughts that weigh you down Lesson 4 Focus the Mind, talks about how you can have useful beliefs that focus positive energy and promote a strong and flexible mindset.

Jacci provides several ways that this can be done simply every day.

Free Your Mind
In this lesson, you will learn which activities will create space to wind down and lift the weight of constant thinking from your mind. From meditation to In Flow, in the same way that you create time for your body to relax, this is equally important to the health of your mind.

Focus Your Mind
In the same way that we exercise our body to keep it healthy, we can use the brain's Neuroplasticity to think healthy thoughts. In this lesson, you will learn 4 ways to create a positive mindset and support a healthy mind.
