An awareness of how these components affect how one thinks, feels, and processes is provided. This lesson reviews stages of growth and development from a Christian perspective. Participants learn skills for understanding the different factors affecting one’s healthy mind including one’s thinking, mood, and behavior. Tools offered include insight to understand the different biological factors contributing to unhealthy minds including life experiences, abuse, social & environmental causes, death, grief, family history of mental health problems. How does maintaining a positive mindset impact life from a Christian perspective?
This lesson focuses on factors impacting healthy minds from a Christian perspective. Participants learn skills for: realizing one’s full potential, coping with life stressors, working productively, making community contributions, and serving God optimally. Tools offered include steps to maintaining a healthy mind and body, to include spiritual connectedness, developing consistent prayer and fasting, studying, reading and meditating on God’s Word. The foundation of this course originates from a Christian practice and bible verses acknowledged from the Holy Bible.

What are some positive habits that contribute to maintaining a healthy mind from a Christian perspective?
This lesson focuses on some positive habits for maintaining a healthy mind and body from a Christian perspective. Participants learn skills for spending quality time with other Christians or faith believers to gain strength in times of need or challenges. Tools offered include steps to fostering creativity: challenge one’s mind to connecting unrelated ideas in new and useful ways, daily physicality, exercise routines for at least 20 minutes most days of the week. This lesson focuses on life changes for a healthy mind and body from a Christian perspective. Participants learn skills for creating balance for a longer and happier life. Tools offered include steps to: spending time in focused thought, exploring new ideas, creating, maintaining human bonds social support networks, balancing calories in/calories out, and reducing one’s carbon footprint, embracing the liberty that comes with wanting and needing less.
