Your first seven days post break-up are some of the most painful and challenging days to move through. It’s normal to feel heavy, lost or, deeply emotional after parting ways with your partner. In this course I will guide you through your first week post break up. The course is designed to be taken one day at a time in the order I’ve curated it, however it’s also possible to dive right into a topic or specific day that resonates with you most in that moment. Allowing this healing journey to be yours.

Lektion 1
Exploring Your Heartbreak
Break ups are like a death. The first moments after a breakup are so raw. We often feel a mix of emotions - devastated, lost, relieved, frustrated even. Or your internal system may be in such shock that you don’t know what to feel, you’re numb. Sometimes break ups are a long time coming, and others are sudden and unexpected. Let’s explore the depths of your heartbreak together through a journaling practice.

They say that love is like a drug. Once your break up is decided, your attachment system is going to kick in. Your attachment system is always scanning to make sure your primary attachment, normally your partner, is close. In the first few hours, days, weeks, and even sometimes months of a break up your system will be on red alert. Together we will learn more about your attachment system, and what can be done to soothe this natural call for connection.

Processing the Pain
Heartbreak is excruciating. It’s exhausting. And nothing usually makes sense. If we can understand that relationships are based on emotions – not logic, this will help us to recognise that processing the emotions, the pain, is the best step. Pain is inevitable, it’s the ongoing suffering that’s optional. Try as we might, we cannot skip the healing process. We will begin to transmuting your pain into peace through the practice of Ho’oponopono.

Surrender
When a relationship ends you are losing more than just the person, you are also losing the life you shared together, and the future plans you made. The absence of this person can make you feel like you are going crazy. For whatever reason, you are not meant to be with this person in this moment. Today we will work on accepting the fact that the relationship you had is over, for now at least, and we will prepare to hand this over to something else, a higher power through the practice of surrender.

Supporting Your Tired Heart
The sleepless nights, the pain, the rumination of thoughts, the grief, the pure exhaustion from love lost – these all result in a tired heart. Let us bring the focus back to you, and how we can support that broken heart of yours. Separations come easier when we offer ourselves the care we really need through nourishing food, sleep, exercise, security, love and companionship. We are talking about basic needs today, and you will be guided to work on meeting those needs yourself.
Lektion 6
Anchoring Yourself
When you’ve lost the very foundation that you created it can be hard to feel grounded. Break ups are more than just the loss of love, they can involve loss of the home we lived in, new arrangements with children and pets, and the separation or redefining of relationships with people we love dearly too e.g., in-laws, your partners friends, your own friends too. In this time, it is important we find something we can anchor ourselves to. Establishing a new routine, and making space for positive changes, or self-improvement starts today.
Lektion 7
The Evolution of Your Love
Our love never stops existing; it just changes form. It is said that much of our grief is experienced from the not knowing what to do with the love we have for that person. Where do we place it now? Today we will be looking into the evolution of your love. We will be giving thanks and appreciation for all that the relationship offered us.

Very course for someone who is still grieving a lost relationship. Everyday helped me to process one aspect of my grief, and I feel like I'm in a slightly better place now. I know all of this takes time and this course help me to understand a little bit better about myself and the relationship.
