In this course, we will be focusing on removing the (mental) clutter in your life and freeing up the space and energy to take care of your well-being. From mini morning routines to tricks for people-pleasers, you will restructure your life with small practical steps. At the end of this course, you will feel more calm, organized, in control, and energized.
Maya Lombarts is a Functional Medicine Certified Health Coach, a Certified Astrologer, and a big fan of journaling. Maya is from Belgium, living in Peru. She loves singing, colorful tea cups, and salsa dancing.

Pressing The Pause Button
Welcome to the first lesson of From Clutter To Calm! Today we are talking about pressing the pause button. Quality is more important than quantity. 5 minutes is enough to unwind your busy brain and relax your nervous system.

Setting Your Priorities
Welcome back! Today we are talking about setting priorities. First, you'll get some tips and tricks to focus on what's important to you. Next, you'll get a few journal prompts to reflect on your 3 priorities for the coming 3 months. Good luck!

Starting Your Day Right
Our brains are super receptive to any impulses or thoughts during the first 20 minutes of our day. Let's create a mini morning routine to really kickstart your day with a sense of calmness that will accompany you throughout the rest of your day.

Saying No To Others
In this lesson, I will give you 3 tips to start saying NO to others and YES to your own priorities, your health, and your well-being. I will also give you a new exercise of keeping a Saying NO Tracker.
Lektion 5
A Healthy Empty Day
Today we take it one step further. Let's look at what you can do with the time you free up when you start saying No. I will give you a couple of journal prompts that will help you personalize today's lesson.
Lektion 6
Evening Wind Down
Today, I'll give you a couple of tips to prepare your system for sleep and stop giving your brain all these impulses that spike your cortisol levels (even when you don't notice it). Create your own personal evening wind down and take it step by step. Your brain and your body will thank you.

Your Connection With Yourself
Today we're going to focus on our connection with ourselves. Many of you might be perfectionists or people-pleasers, and we need to create this friendship with ourselves to feel more calm in life instead of beating ourselves up. Grab your journal and a pen to reflect on these prompts.

Improving Your Focus
Our brain processes everything that pops up, all the impulses, everything our senses pick up, and it's using up more mental energy than you think. After listening to these 3 tricks to improve your focus and concentration, go a bit deeper with these journal prompts to really personalize and implement your action steps for the coming week.

Social Media Madness
Is your hand automatically grabbing your phone to scroll through your feed and you don't even know what you were looking for? Are you consciously using your social media to stay up to date with friends and family or is it consuming your precious time and energy? Let's create a different relationship with the social media madness.

Units Of Energy
It's not easy to ride the unpredictable waves of our energy levels. We prefer counting in 24 hours per day and stuffing up our schedule without listening to our bodies, right? Time to change that around and create a new mindset around units of energy!

Simplify Your Life
You've already created that structure in your days, you've eliminated distractions in your life, you've changed your relationship with social media. Now let's dive a bit deeper and think about how we can further simplify our schedules and our lives to free up the mental energy for what's truly important to us.

This course was very meaningful to me. Energy vampires are being revealed. I will plan free time. I loved this course. Maya provided so many opportunities for self reflection. It really enhanced my journaling practice too, which I’ve always found difficult.
