Finding Your Way Through Change is a gentle space to return to yourself during life’s turning points. Whether you are navigating a job loss, relationship change, a health challenge, grief or simply feeling stretched thin, these five lessons combine insight, meditation and reflection to help you pause, breathe and move forward again. You will learn to care for yourself with compassion, set supportive boundaries, restore balance and reconnect with what truly matters. By the end of the course, you will feel more anchored within yourself, clearer about what you need and equipped with simple tools you can return to anytime. Keep a journal, a pen and some coloured pencils nearby to capture any reflections as you move through each lesson. Together, we explore self-care as a relationship with yourself - listening to your body, honouring your needs and tuning in to your inner wisdom. This lesson will help you begin from exactly where you are, with gentleness and grace.

Today's lesson builds on your reconnection to self by exploring supportive boundaries - the kind that honour your wellbeing when life feels full or challenging. You’ll learn to notice what feels too much, listen to your body’s signals and choose small boundaries that protect your energy and bring you back to what matters.

Small Rituals For Big Shifts
Small Rituals for Big Shifts introduces simple, grounding rituals that support you during times of change. This lesson teaches with you small practices - mindful moments, movement, intention setting and reconnecting to your body - help restore calm, routine and presence. You will discover your own personal ritual that nourishes you and gently brings you home to yourself.

Gratitude During Change
As you move further through this course, this lesson invites you into the gentle art of gratitude as an anchor when life feels uncertain. Instead of bypassing your feelings, gratitude widens your perspective and reconnects you with moments of love, beauty and support. This lesson helps you shift into presence, calm and openness through simple, heartfelt appreciation in the moment.

Moving Forward With Calm And Presence
Welcome to our final lesson bringing everything together to support you to step forward with clarity, ease and renewed connection to yourself. Through reflection and guided intention, you’ll explore your next small step, honour your growth and anchor into your inner calm. This final lesson helps you trust your path and move into your next chapter with grace.
