Lektion 3
The Chakras And Meridians
In part 3 of this course, Nitya explains the meridians and chakras associated with each pose. She also reveals how you can create your practice to heal or release chi in a particular part of the body. Nitya talks about the correlation and connection to Chinese Astrology and working with the Lunar calendar to align your practice. For instance; February is associated with the Zodiac Animal of the Tiger and Yang Wood which is the Liver meridian. This makes that month a great time to work on refreshing the chi in your Liver by choosing specific asanas that work that meridian.
