Lektion 1
Who You Were—And Who You’ve Become
We begin by looking at the lens of childhood to discover how our natural tendencies showed up early on, before the world told us how to be. This day includes reflection questions, personality-based examples, and an invitation to observe your reactions with compassion. A foundational step in reconnecting with your doshic nature.
Lektion 2
The Vata Lens
We explore the Vata dosha, governed by air and ether, and how it manifests as creativity, movement, and sensitivity. You’ll learn how depletion affects the Vata body and mind, and how routine, warmth, and grounding bring balance. You’ll also discover the best times of day to support Vata’s natural rhythm.
Lektion 3
The Pitta Lens
We dive into Pitta—fire and water—and explore its connection to drive, digestion, and intensity. You’ll reflect on how perfectionism and inflammation manifest in the body and behavior, and how softening, cooling, and playfulness can help restore balance. Learn how Pitta’s “second wind” at night can keep you wired without rest.
Lektion 4
The Kapha Lens
Kapha, the dosha of earth and water, brings steadiness, heart, and emotional depth. Today, we reflect on how the accumulation of emotions, things, or routines can create inertia, and how movement and stimulation help lift that heaviness. You’ll explore the loving power of Kapha and how to let go with grace.
Lektion 5
Returning To Your Nature
In our final session, we bring it all together. You’ll reflect on your dominant and secondary doshas, explore how your prakruti and vikruti shift over time, and gain clarity on how to support your unique nature. This day is a soft landing and a gentle bow to the journey you've taken.
