A good place to start to nurture feelings of self acceptance & self love is through realising that your own body is a place of safety and support for you that can bring deep feelings of satisfaction and nourishment. Healing Your Inner Child
Our younger years can determine how we develop & experience our sense of self. Healing the inner child is a beautiful and gentle practice that allows the natural expression of self acceptance & love to emerge

An Inner Offering practice gives us a safe & loving place where we can allow all that we are to be realised, surrendered & seen. This can feel profoundly healing & brings great feelings of freedom, acceptance & joy

I gained a lot of insight from this course. Positive self talk can work as long as we are consistent. Also allowing for there to be hard times and not trying to avoid those feeling but instead letting them pass through. The key is to not wallow in the bad and try and celebrate the good whenever possible. Very helpful and brought great awareness
