Life is a flowing, ever-changing cycle and our bodies are no different. Cycle syncing is one of the most powerful ways for us to reconnect to our bodies and start living a more energetic, balanced life.

Breaking through as a crescendo, the Ovulatory Phase dawns as the Inner Summer, a dance of empowerment. Fertility extends beyond the realm of procreation; it encompasses the birth of ideas, projects, and dreams, each conceived in the sacred crucible of our being. We will focus on cleansing foods & our naturally expressive nature as we interact with our community.

In delicate choreography, the Luteal Phase unfolds as the Inner Fall, a symphony where the dance of hormones orchestrates a profound journey into the depths of contemplation and self-nurturing. As the body prepares for a potential new life, so do we prepare the soil of our soul for the germination of personal growth. We will focus on eating light with rich nutrients, calm activities, & space to process.
