Lektion 1
Releasing Stress
Almost all of the negative effects that come from stress can be overcome with spiritual tools that you can learn to use. Even brief instructions in a simple meditation technique can improve negative mood and perceived stress in healthy adults, which could yield long-term health benefits.
Frequency of practice does affect outcome. Those most likely to experience negative emotions may benefit the most from meditation. It has been proven successful in helping reduce stress with PTSD and cancer patients as well.

Be Aware Of Fear
In this session, we explore fear and how to face your fear and allow yourself to let go of any fear that may be stuck in our minds and our body. There's been a lot of fear in the air recently, particularly with regard to Covid, more than I can ever remember.
You might remember as a child, you might have seen something that scared you in the dark or you thought there was a monster under the bed, and then your mother or father would come and turn the light on, and once the light was on and you could see, there was nothing to fear.
Today, we're going to do try and do the same thing.
Lektion 3
Dealing With Depression
Depression can drain your energy, leaving you feeling empty and fatigued. This can make it difficult to muster the strength or desire to seek treatment. There are small steps you can take to help you feel more in control and improve your overall sense of well-being.
In this session, we'll discuss some things you can do to alleviate depression. We will look at tools to help you face your depression and look at how you can alleviate it. We'll learn that when you delve deep into your heart and soul, you learn to see what is really going on inside and you can begin to shine some light in the dark palces inside.

How To Use Affirmations
Affirmations work because they make you believe what you want to achieve is possible. Part of us realizes that this is really true. We hold that key to believe within us. It is up to us to use the tools of affirmations to build self-belief.
In this session, we explore the power of affirmations and how to use them in your life. You can plant powerful seeds to grow when we do affirmations while also building confidence.

The Power Of Positivity
I know we've all been facing very challenging times. We’ve all watched and been shocked at how people have responded to what’s been going on in the world. A cheerful disposition can help you get through the challenges that cloud every life.
The question is, do people who see the glass half-full also enjoy better health than gloomy types who see it half-empty. Studies regularly show that optimists are more likely to maintain better physical health than pessimists, including a 50% lower risk of cardiovascular disease and greater survival rates when fighting cancer.
Optimism helps people cope with disease and recover from surgery. Even more impressive is the impact of a positive outlook on overall health and longevity. We touch on these in today's session.
Lektion 6
Compassion
All spiritual practices observe and value compassion. It’s one of the great tools to use in life. When you feel compassion, you move out of your own individual issues and focus on what others are going through.
When you do that you do not dwell on your problems and you realize how blessed you are. Compassion is a very valuable tool to use to reduce the tendency to focus on yourself. When you focus on others you find a change of energy happens.
Lektion 7
Practicing Detachment
Detachment is an important part of any spiritual practice and an important part of life in general. Now more than ever, we have to learn to let go.
Suppose you go look at the word detachment in the dictionary. In that case, it's expressed as non-attachment, a state in which a person overcomes their attachment to desire for things, people, or concepts of the world, to attain a higher perspective. It's considered a wise virtue and promoted in Eastern religions like Buddhism and Jainism, but is also a part of Christianity.
Detachment is a very powerful practice to use to overcome stress and also to help with all the changes we are going through. This is what we'll be discussing today.
Lektion 8
Be Here Now
We are in an endless circle without beginning or end, no starting point, no ending point. Just that eternity. Just this existence, just this one eternal moment. And that space, we can achieve in meditation once we really get it.
We can set our intention to remember that we do not need to worry, we do not need distress, that indeed in time, this too will pass. Because in time, it all will pass. When we can find that, we can find some peace of mind, but then again, the illusion, the Maya, the drama is here for us to learn, it's here for us to live and learn our lessons in life.
Once we realize the truth that it's there, we can be aware of how we don't have to be subject to the stress, to the drama, to the fear, and that it's our ego letting us go through that dance.

The Power Of Gratitude
Gratitude is an amazing force for good. It's one of the greatest tools to overcome depression and is a very easy to practice. Gratitude is so powerful that we should practice gratitude every day, every morning, and every night.
There are so many proven benefits that happen when you turn to go to feel gratitude. It changes your focus from negative to positive. You focus on all of the blessings that you have. It helps to breathe in gratitude for a few minutes as you do begin meditation.
Today, we'll have a talk and meditation that encourages you to practice gratitude every day.
Lektion 10
Learning Acceptance
It takes a lot of courage, to accept life, and yourself. There's so much going on right now that we have to accept that we don't have answers for everything. In this session, we do a talk and deep meditation on acceptance.
The highest energy field of acceptance is brought into your awareness and being when you don’t allow yourself to hide from who you are. And when we start to accept the whole energy field of this world and light, then we learn from what we learn to accept.
