Lektion 1
Laying the Internal Foundation
We were each intentionally designed in the image of our Creator, making each of us inherently creative. When we come into deep communication and friendship with our Creator, we begin to understand for what purpose we were created. What is creative wellness and how does it help foster a healing journey that is able to balance beauty through difficulty?

Energetics, Nutrition, and Stress Management
Nutrition plays a major role in stabilizing our energy and how we manage stress. Becoming an advocate for your own health is key. We must have energy to heal. How can we nourish our bodies in a simple, live-giving way in order to create energy and reduce stress?
Lektion 3
Realizing Innate Worth
Understanding our innate worth is the bedrock of who we are and how we can limit negative internal dialogue. The negative internal dialogue we have replaying in our minds can significantly impact our creativity, healing process, and overall well-being. Once we are able to acknowledge these racing thoughts for the lies that they are, we are that much closer to a sound mind.

Forgiveness & Brain Health
Our minds were created with innate resilience and when taken care of, they have the ability to flourish like a garden. We can dig up roots of wrong thinking and plant new, true thoughts that grow into something beautiful.
Lektion 5
Movement & The Grieving Process
Trauma is caused when the body is unable to move as hormones are surging. Trauma then becomes trapped when we are not in movement. Our bodies go through a period of grieving after a traumatic experience of any kind and an important part of the grieving process occurs through movement. The good news is that grief and joy can, and do, coexist.

Grounding in Gratitude & Awareness
Our senses were designed to inspire gratitude for our Creator at a foundational level. Gratitude is the bridge between trauma and healing by taking the part of our brain that is hardwired to look out for danger and lights up a path to a positive thinking pattern. By paying attention to our senses and being grateful for them in every way, we set ourselves up to live in a constant state of gratitude.

Reclaiming Identity After Trauma
Full restoration and healing are absolutely possibly in the wake of different types of trauma. If we are able to get just a glimpse of our true, permanent identity in our Creator, it makes the healing journey a little less difficult to start. Sometimes that burst of hope is what we need to persevere and realize that our future has not lost its brightness.

Restoring Communication
Communication means a connecting passage, or a means of passing from place to place. There is momentum and movement attached to communication. Finding new ways to cultivate your communication and relationship with God is key. By understanding our mind + body communication, we come into a deeper understanding of who we are created to be.
Lektion 9
Creating Space for Breakthrough
Creating space for breakthrough includes denying perfectionism, embracing minimalism, and practicing celebration. Our creativity and thoughts flow more organically when we are rested. The hustle mindset can cause anxiety, sometimes subconsciously, and can quickly become counter-productive. There is a sustainable way to achieve breakthrough.

Affirmations & Encouragement
The sacred practice of creative wellness is a holistic way of living that begins and ends with the knowledge of who we are created to be. We are all deserving of love and encouragement. The scriptures hold many keys to the truths of who we are and how we are cared for with an everlasting love.
