Commit To Yourself & Staying Present
To begin shifting difficult thoughts and feelings from the past, there is a reason that connecting with yourself and staying present is important and this is so you’re allowing space to connect with your intuition - your inner wisdom.

Define Relationship Threads
The most important relationship that we are NOT taught how to connect with is ourselves. The journey to staying connected with our intuition and our future is by looking at our relationships. There are threads from relationships that have shaped who you are today, so let's start at the beginning.
Lektion 3
Showing Up
Showing up means to be with and do something for yourself, where the outcome is solely for you - NOT you doing something that benefits someone else. It’s time to define what showing up feels like and what it means to you.
Lektion 4
How To Listen To Your Intuition
Your intuition is your inner knowing. That little voice or gut feeling trying to get your attention to lead you in the right direction, rather than the direction someone else wants you to go or the direction the "Should Shields" or your ego is telling you to go. It’s time to define the facts of the life experience that have you stuck in the yuck.

Define The Players
Who are you holding animosity towards, fear of, confused by, hurting over, etc.? Besides yourself, who are you pushing the shame and blame towards? It’s time to reclaim your power to move forward with grace.
Lektion 6
Acknowledge Your Part & Accept The Facts
Acknowledging your part in the creation of what you’re having a hard time shifting forward from. YIKES! This can be tough to admit when we’ve played a part in something that hurts us to our core. And instead of acknowledging what role we’ve played, we deflect and project onto all of the other players.
It’s time to give recognition to the facts, their importance, and accept the truth.
Lektion 7
Willingness To Move Forward
Moving forward doesn’t mean forgetting, yet it can be patiently forgiving. Moving forward doesn’t mean waiting on someone else to change, yet it means keeping the focus on our own growth and potential. Moving forward doesn’t mean emptiness, yet it means that you have more room in your mind, body, and soul for what is to be.
Lektion 8
Share Grace & Mentor Self-Love
When there are others involved in the clutter of our thoughts and feelings, most of the time we’re waiting for an apology, or for someone to right a wrong, etc. This step in the process is an interesting one because this is something that is 100% for you to let your intuition guide you with intention. The intention of leading with love and grace and not expecting anything in return.
Lektion 9
Wants Vs. Needs = Let It Be
Wants and needs have continued to get skewed throughout time. And when we’re talking about making a shift in our thoughts and feelings from a stuck place to a sense of release and grace, we usually want an act to happen to make everything right.
It’s time to unpack what wants and needs mean for you moving forward and how they fit into the feeling of truly letting it be.
Lektion 10
Live It
You did it, but remember this process is not a one-and-done scenario; it’s meant to be repeated over and over until the practice is incorporated into your mindfulness practice. So much so that you won’t need to go through all the steps because, over time, you will no longer gather the clutter that disrupts your intentional flow.
