Transform Your Search Into A Daily Practice
In this first lesson we will talk about mantras and how their vibrations can bring a whole new understanding to our lives. We will also learn about listening as a key to deep meditation and awareness, as well as knowing the nature of your mind and becoming the observer using a simple and powerful technique called Kriya Mantra. This is a process and it needs time, commitment, and discipline. This is a process different for each one of us. Don't push so hard to achieve a result. Move as far as you can each day.

The Five Steps Of Listening
There are different aspects of listening we will be developing through the practice that will lead us into the state of the present moment. That present moment is our space of knowledge. Who is the one giving us this knowledge?
There is no who.
It is just ourselves expanding our perception and consciousness. That will help us receive more information and new understandings.
It is you who is really listening.
Lektion 3
First Mantra: Awakening Your Inner Strength
There is an infinite river of knowledge being poured to us by many masters throughout the centuries.
We know some, we practice some, we resonate with some of it. The meaning of the word mantra is "infinity". Then, we explain its aspects. As we are conceptualizing vibration, the aspects we share are just a drop of water in an endless sea. But a drop of water contains life and the whole ocean within.
"Ganesha Sharanam Sharanam Ganesha" is a mantra that brings out lots of strength and power to overcome obstacles wisely. If our energy is down, we use this mantra. Now empowered, we move to action. Not only strength is awakened but clarity to use it as well.
Lektion 4
Second Mantra: Surrendering To Your Divine Self
We will begin by chanting the mantra "Om Namo Bhagavate Vasudevaya".
Become aware of the thoughts arising and the events you are involved in and observe your inner being unchanged. Vasudeva energy, Vishnu vibration, unveals our divine nature beyond circumstances, breaking negative patterns with kindness.

Third Mantra: Transform Hesitation Into Confidence
How do we go through changes centered and at peace? Is it possible not to be carried away by desperation, blindness, or anguish?
Elements in nature flow in a continuous transformation cycle. Nothing disappears while changing. Crises are not unexpected situations coming to our lives. The new reality is pushing the present moment to change. That's what we call a crisis. The new coming.
By chanting the mantra "Om Namah Shivaya", we will feel confident during the process - again, come what may.
Lektion 6
Fourth Mantra: Trust Your Inner Voice
During this lesson, we will begin to hear something different. We will create the space necessary to listen to our inner voice. Images may appear, understandings, thoughts. Let them come and let them move through you.
Listen. Observe. Open your heart. Know that if you connect with your inner silence, you will always receive the correct answer at the right moment. Chanting the Guru mantra will bring this knowledge. The mantra says :
"Om Guru Om Guru Deva Deva
Adja Kydje Ananda Kydje"

Fifth Mantra: Become Aware That Peace Is What You Are
We are longing to be in peace, to be relaxed. Peace in our minds. Peace in our hearts. Peacefulness is our own nature. It is not something to obtain or some state to achieve.
We will awaken our consciousness, our senses, our intellect. We will be aware, perceive, and understand that we are peace.
We will use this Shanti (peace) mantra to begin the process:
"Om Shanti Shanti Shanti
Om Rama Rama Rama"

Sixth Mantra: You Are Always Being Taken Care Of | Experience A Mother's Care
A mother's energy has infinite aspects. Each aspect a sound or mantra. We chant the Durgue mantra to unfold our power to defeat obstacles, awakening our inner worrier, dealing with all sorts of situations in life. Being caring and wise, with strength and power.
The mantra says:
"Durgue Durgue, Jaya Jaya Ma
Durgue Devi Durgue, Jaya Durgue Devi Ma
Durgue Devir Durgue Jaya Ma"
Lektion 9
Seventh Mantra: Step-By-Step Moving Through Your Chakras
Today, we are going to sing the "Adi Shaktee Mantra". In the session, we will experience a beautiful process through our chakras.
The mantra brings us this knowledge: Let you be you, be yourself, be authentic. You are deep, not shallow. You are infinite by nature. Be inspiring and don't be afraid to be unique. Embrace your particular gift and live your truth.
Be the very best you can be without fear. Be of service. Be a powerful force to others and move from your identity to the greatness of consciousness.
The mantra says, "Ek Ong Kaar Sat Naam Siree Wahe Guru".
Lektion 10
Eight Mantra: A Journey Back Home
We arrived at the end of the course. Now, we have 8 new mantras to add to our practice. Now, we have experienced 10 days of connection, learning, and commitment to this process.
Choose each day the mantra you feel is the one you need to listen to. Remember: Listening is our own medicine. What we listen to is perfect for us.
Make listening your guidance in life. Take the time and trust yourself.
We will close this course with an ancient and powerful mantra that we all probably know. One syllable: Aum. Aum contains all mantras and all vibrations. Some call it the primordial sound. Present in every cell, visible and invisible. The original vibration from which the entire universe flourished. We will sing together "Om" for 7 minutes to reset and restore all our rhythms and vibrational patterns, bringing us back to our origin, balanced and healed.
