You Are Not Your Thoughts
In this session, we’ll shift out of autopilot and tap into the witnessing mind, to experience the freedom that comes from passively watching our thoughts. We’ll also uncover the ways we block learning, so we can absorb new information more quickly and efficiently in the future.

Shift From Your Inner Critic To Your Inner Coach
We often doubt our ability and invoke a default mindset to focusing on what we aren't good at or what we think we aren't able to do. In this session, we’ll trace back to the origins of our inner critic and together, practice proven techniques for quieting our negative self talk, and allowing ourselves to take a Self-compassion break.
Lektion 3
Building Up Our Inner coach: Failure Is Just Feedback
In this session, we’ll take it one step further and learn how to call up our inner coach on demand. I will use the acronym "NOWW" (Notice, Ouch, Wisdom, Warmth), as a tool for soothing any inner discomfort, that stems from the inner critic. After this session, you will be equipped with the understanding that you are not alone, and that you have the power to combat those times when you feel a lack of Self esteem or confidence.

Get Time Back On Your Side
In this session, we’ll delve into the myths that keep us stuck, and learn how to start shifting those beliefs. In particular, we will discuss our relationship with time. We all have 24 hours in our day, yet we can get caught in a trap where we feel rushed, stressed, and as though there's never enough time to acheive or complete what we desire.
Lektion 5
Find Your Purpose And Gain Clarity
In this session, you’ll connect deeply with your purpose, and gain clarity on the next best steps going forward. This process will involve integrating your new wisdom and mindset, into your daily life. Use the personal “aha’s” you have gained over the duration of this course, as a beacon to take action moving forward towards your vision.
Lektion 6
Connect With Your Future Self For Inspiration
In this session, I will take you on a journey of the breath, where you will become aware of the present moment. This will be followed by a guided visualisation which will mimic a visit to an idyllic version of your future self. In doing so, you will gain wisdom and insight about how best to proceed on your adventure through life.
Lektion 7
Choosing Courage Over Comfort
In this session, we will learn an important lesson about choosing courage over comfort. This session will help you build up your courage muscle, by showing you ways to deal with the inevitable, emotional discomfort that comes from taking risks, trying new things and allowing yourself to grow.
Lektion 8
Dial Up Your Willpower On Command
In this session we will delve into gaining an understanding of how Self-kindness and compassion increases willpower. Together, we will also look at how to bring this practice into your daily life and in doing so, achieve your goals.
Lektion 9
Unlocking Creativity Through Forgiveness
In this session, we’ll learn how to increase our brain’s alpha waves on demand, through this simple, yet powerful forgiveness practice. Alpha waves allow you to be alert, yet relaxed, and can help make you feel less anxious, more creative and better at problem solving.
Lektion 10
Staying Calm And Uncovering Your Inner Strength
In this last session, you will be guided to remain centered and calm, regardless of what is going on around you. I will encourage you to shift your mindframe from holding unrealistic expectations, to harnessing a sense of appreciation. Through applying this technique, at times when you may feel out of alignment, you can re focus your energy to cultivate a state of being that allows joy and serenity to manifest.
