Lektion 1
The Power of Your Breath
In this first lesson, we will start bringing more awareness to our breath. We will also look at the relationship between our breath, our energy, and the life force energy. Finally, you will learn how to use the breath to shape your energy and, therefore, how to manage your moods and life with more ease.
According to the Yoga tradition, breath connects us to the life force energy, Prana. This energy permeates everything. Learning how to relate to that energy consciously can help us heal, nourish ourselves and achieve holistic balance and well-being.
You will learn about some of the extraordinary capacities of a conscious work with the breath. Conscious work with the breath is called pranayama. It is one of the most important yogic practices. In this lesson, I will introduce you to the three main ways of working with the breath. Then, I will guide you through a short conscious breathing practice focusing on refining your breath.

Breath Work to Help You Calm Down and Relax
Learn how skillful breath can help us calm down, ground, and let go of negativity. Then, I will guide you through a simple practice to help you soothe your nerves and relax anytime you feel stressed or overwhelmed.
You will learn how to shape your breath to support the letting go process on all levels: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual. It will help you let go of negative emotions like worry or stress. This way of breathing supports the elimination of toxins in your body and your digestive functions. Finally, it helps you to declutter your mind and let go of unnecessary thoughts.

Breath Work to Revitalise and Nourish Your Body and Mind
Many people believe that we are at the mercy of our moods and energy levels. So we use coffee or other stimulants to feel energized. But only a few of us think we can use our breath to increase our energy levels!
In this lesson, you will learn how breath can revitalize and nourish our entire system. I will guide you through a simple practice that will leave you feeling reenergized yet calm and centered. This breathwork is great when you are low on energy, feel stagnant, or need extra motivation.

Breath Work to Bring You Back to Balance
When we experience a lot of stress, feel overwhelmed, or lead an irregular lifestyle, we come out of balance quickly. When traveling, we also come out of balance fast. It is because traveling brings us out of our usual routine - we often change time zones, eat different food, and change our sleeping rhythm. When our life is full, we will go out of balance from time to time. It is normal! The great news is that we have the knowledge and tools to help us return to a state of equilibrium.
In this lesson, you will learn how to return to balance yourself through the breath. I will guide you through a simple practice that will leave you feeling calm, centered, and at ease. This breathwork is excellent to do anytime you feel out of balance.
Lektion 5
Recap and Developing a Personal Practice at Home
This lesson will recap what we have learned in this course. I will also give you tips on how you can start cultivating a daily practice to master your breath, your energy, and, therefore, your life. Then, I will guide you through another balancing, very relaxing breathwork. This practice involves visualization, and you can do it sitting or lying down.
