Lektion 1
Journaling
Here is an introduction to your journaling journey. For you, journaling may be a thing you do every day, or it may be a completely new experience. You can do whatever you feel you need to. Whatever you decide, know you are doing a great thing but releasing your thoughts onto paper or into your phone. Your mind will thank you for it.
Today, we look into the How’s and Whys of journaling for you to get your relationship back on track.
Lektion 2
Meditation
So many people suffer from an overactive mind and thought process. This lesson will guide you to feel completely relaxed and start to bring some calmness into your life. This will really help your mind, concentration, and overall general health and well-being.
If you feel like you are not coping with your relationship and life in general, then this lesson will help you to unwind your mind and guide you through different techniques. One of my favorite quotes from Bryant Mcgill is, "Your calm mind is the ultimate weapon against your challenges. So, relax."
Lektion 3
Restorative Yoga Practice
Here, we look into restorative yoga poses to really allow the rest and digest hormones to kick in allowing the fight and flight hormones to decrease allowing you to have a calmer mind.
Lektion 4
Guide To Nutrition
Here, we dive deep into the basics of nutrition as nutrition can be a minefield. We look into the foods which will support your healing and dive into carbohydrates looking at blood sugar levels etc.
Lektion 5
Tapping Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT)
Here we look at the tapping points on your body and practice doing them together. This allows the calming hormones into your body allowing you to access these whenever you need to.
Lektion 6
Communication
Here, we look at different ways to communicate. How we communicate and not just talk. We communicate in different ways, e.g. touch, talk, hugging, kissing, etc. We look at all these ways for you to feel better within your relationship and for you to get a better understanding of where you can come from.
Remember, communication isn't always about talking.
Lektion 7
Breathwork
Here we dive into four different breathwork techniques including Box Breathing, Alternate Nostril Breathing, Ujjayi Breathing, and Belly Breathing. All of which will give you a better understanding and aliveness for you to better understand your body and its needs. These types of breath work get the right hormones flowing into the system allowing you to live a better, more fulfilled life.

Sleep
Here, we look into your sleep pattern and the routines surrounding your sleep. We look at turning devices off two hours before bed. We have a sleep meditation to do together and a few gentle yoga poses to really calm the mind and allow you to get a full night's sleep without the worry of insomnia.
Lektion 9
Listening To Your Body
Here, we look into actually taking the time to sit and listen to what your body needs. We look into how to do this and how to quiet the mind. We look into asking what it needs each day just by being quiet for five minutes and getting to know your body.
Lektion 10
Movement & Exercise
We look into what exercises you are doing right now and how we can add anything else to it. We also look at how exercise and movement make you feel. We look into doing five yoga poses to really allow the mind and body to open up. We also look into going out into nature and really noticing the environment around us.
Lektion 11
Self-Care
We look into all things self-care and how to do them like all the things mentioned above as well as maybe taking a bath, reading a book, baking, going out for a walk etc. We also look into gratitude here and how it makes us feel.
Lektion 12
Tracking Your Monthly Cycle
Here, we look into tracking your monthly cycle (if you have one) and journaling how to keep track of it. What feelings come up around different parts of your cycle and how your emotions are. We look into each part of the cycle and what activities you should be doing.
Lektion 13
How Do You Feel About Your Relationship
We look into the how’s and whys of your relationship and allow you to feel fully present within your relationship. We look at a journaling and meditation practice for you to get your head into the right space and for you to feel fully comfortable within your body, mind, and soul to have a fulfilled relationship with your partner.

Affirmations For Your Relationship
We dive into affirmations for you to feel really connected to yourself, your partner, and your relationship. We learn how to connect with each other on a deeper level and how to put all that we’ve learned into practice.
