Understand Your Mind
Welcome and congratulations! By starting this course, you have already made the first step in the right direction to become the person you want to be. At the end of this lesson, you will be able to distinguish the thoughts and functions of the: Conscious Mind, Subconscious Mind, Unconscious Mind. And you will know how to use each one of them so they can help you do anything you need.

Build Your Mind Gym
The first thing you need to start any practice is a safe place where you feel free to be yourself. In this lesson, we will create that place in your mind so you can use it during this whole course and anytime you will ever need it moving forward. I learned this technique from a retired US Navy Seal Captain who needed it to find peace in life-threatening situations. Because it worked for him in life-threatening situations, chances are it works well for you too in your everyday life.

One of the most important moments of a memorable journey is the very first step, which sometimes is also the most difficult to take. This is why in this session we will focus on setting you up for success so you can easily avoid the common pitfalls and focus your inner strength and energy in the most efficient way.

You probably have found yourself thinking low of yourself or punishing yourself for the mistakes you think you have made. Or maybe you think you are a failure because something you really cared about did not go as you expected, or someone told you so. You are not alone. This lesson will help you draw the line between being unfairly harsh with yourself and being able to keep you motivated and constantly improving disregarding what people say of you.

Whether you are evaluating a positive or negative event that affected you, you might be thinking if it was fair that it happened to you. This lesson will help you think about what you should value when evaluating yourself, to keep a fair and positive mindset in thinking of your achievements and what happens in your life.

How to stop comparing to other people - The Truth’s Glass
It is very easy in our society of status symbols and social media profiles to be constantly measuring yourself against other people. This might bring you to think that you are not as good, beautiful, and successful as others are. In this lesson, you will learn how to look at others only to the extent of using those findings to improve your life, and not to become obsessed and anxious in the process.

Sometimes it might feel like you know what you should do and feel, but negative thoughts just keep coming and there seems to be no escape from them. This lesson will teach you the techniques you need to become self aware of your thoughts so you can manage them and drive them to generate positive emotions.

More often than not, if your idea of yourself is that you are not good enough, it might be that you are overlooking even the good things you are achieving. This prevents you from enjoying those accomplishments, no matter how small, that will give you the energy you need to feel better about yourself. This is precisely what we will do in this lesson: prepare you to recognize them and celebrate them.
