If you have ever felt stuck or overwhelmed, this lesson offers a guided visualization designed to help you to connect deeply with your innate ability to shift and adapt.

Sighs for Thighs
In this lesson we acknowledge our deepening concept of self-love. e are better equipped to move easily into our imaginative field of personal power and possibility. We’ll learn to experience our thighs as the place we form a lap — a place to rest or hold precious things. You’ll come to recognise your thighs as a source of strength and a safe place for love.

Gluteus Maximus, Hip Hip Hooray!
In this lesson we learn to refer to our bodies in a way that empowers us. We learn to be with our bodies in a playful way, celebrating the joy and pleasure of actually being IN our bodies. This lesson taps your inner Wonder Woman and reminds you of your beauty, strength and courage!

Buddha Belly
In this lesson we learn that our bellies are not something to suck in or bind flat, but are sacred spaces to breathe deeply into, to expand and nourish. Our bellies are the source of our unique presence and purpose, the power behind our breath. You’ll come to realize what your belly, a womb of creativity and purpose, truly holds for you.

Where the Heart and Breath Connect
In this lesson we learn to notice our self-talk and from this how to anchor self-love and self-acceptance. Through awareness of our heartbeat and breath, we learn to connect with our breasts with love and gratitude. With self-compassion and tenderness, you’ll learn the healing power of your own touch.

Hold Still – Hold Space
In this lesson we learn to acknowledge the endless, unconditional work of our shoulders, arms and hands. Through guided visualization, you will begin to understand the full range of your ability to give, receive, embrace and push away. You are also offered the opportunity to own your power to set personal boundaries.
Lektion 9
Fountain of Truth
In this lesson we learn to honor the appearance of our necks, faces and heads. Their unique beauty, the value of the stories they tell about who and how we are — authentically and unapologetically. We learn to experience our pure selves with compassion and acceptance. In this lesson you are offered the opportunity to see the beauty in being a woman who is multi-faceted, ever changing, evolving and always becoming.

Body of Light
In this lesson we savor all the new ways we have learned to experience our bodies differently. We celebrate seeing ourselves with our inner vision and thus through the eyes of love, acceptance and pleasure. In this lesson you are offered the opportunity to see the path you’ve traveled through this course and to deepen your commitment to loving the body you were given.
