Lektion 1
Intro to Shakti Manifestation
In this lesson we are introduced to Shakti energy, energy centers in the body, and how you can manifest your dreams and desire with Shakti manifestation. Shakti Manifestation is an ancient energetic healing technique once reserved exclusively for spiritual masters and advanced practitioners. Here’s how it works: By placing our attention on a specific chakra and then planting an intention in its fertile soil, we activate the flow of Shakti in that sacred space. When we do this to all seven of our chakras, we have essentially carved out a new riverbed for divine energy to flow through us. Shakti Manifestation is one of the most powerful of the sacred practices. And from this fully aligned and awakened state, your intentions and desires, are whispered into the unmanifest world, where everything is possible. Shakti stretches the finite into the infinite, expands the time-bound into the timeless, and erases the earthbound limitations of practical reality, societal constraints, and emotional constrictions.
Lektion 2
Deeper Still
In this lesson we dive deep into Shakti energy, the value of attention and intention, and meet the main seven chakras of the body. When we practice Shakti Manifestation we explore each of the seven chakras and awaken the connection between our personal expression and the divine Universal expression that rests at our core. We also invite divine energy into our body through our root chakra, our lowest and heaviest energy center, where we are most connected to the earth. We then invite this flow to move farther upward, and enter each of the energetic conversion touch points. As Shakti rises, and arrives at the edges of each energy center, it coaxes that chakra to match its vibration in a process called attunement. This chakra tuning process heightens the frequency of the energy center—activating the purpose of that chakra—and causing the colored light within it to glow more brightly and radiate outward in every direction.
Lektion 3
The Muladhara Chakra
In this this lesson we explore the first chakra, called the root or base chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Muladhara (pronounced moola-dara) chakra. This is your most primal energy center, which establishes your basic needs of safety, security, and connection—connection to the earth, to the world around you, to your physical body, your family, your tribe, and your community. This chakra establishes your groundedness and stability as you flow through life, and therefore it is the heaviest of chakras. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through the root, we feel good in our skin. We feel secure and confident that we can easily fulfill our needs; our connections are balanced; we come from a place of centeredness and sturdiness. When this chakra is constricted or its energy is blocked, we can feel anxious, unsafe, and worried, coming from a place of fear and instability. davidji guides you through the process of awakening your Muladhara chakra so Shakti energy may freely flow through it.
Lektion 4
The Svaddishtana Chakra
The second chakra, also called the sacral or sex chakra, is known in Sanskrit as the Svadhisthana (pronounced svah-dee-shtana) chakra. This is your creativity center, where all new expressions of your existence are birthed and rebirthed. The second chakra is where you plant the seeds of new beginnings, new ideas, new projects, new ways of seeing the world, new behaviors, new relationships, new directions, and new beliefs. This is where the unconditioned aspect of your being awakens; where you take your very first steps into uncharted territory, into the unknown, the rich, the fresh, the uncertain. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through the second chakra, you are full of possibilities and move in the direction of your dreams; your creative juices flow in all areas of your life; you imagine, invent, design, envision, and nurture; your beauty, sexuality and sensuality are enlivened; you flow effortlessly into renewal and rejuvenation. davidji guides you as you awaken your second chakra and allow yourself to get clear on what you would like to see unfold in your life.
Lektion 5
The Manipura Chakra
In this lesson we explore your third chakra, also called the solar plexus chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Manipura (pronounced monny-poora). Often referred to as the power center, this chakra moves you forward and helps you follow through in the direction of the seeds you’ve planted in the fertile ground of your second chakra. Traditionally associated with the color yellow, this chakra radiates like the sun from our solar plexus— evolving, metabolizing, and transforming us in every moment. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through the solar plexus, we are empowered to follow through on the creative projects and visions we first sparked in the second chakra. This energy center is often referred to as the “excuse” chakra because, when this chakra is constricted or energy is blocked in any way, we procrastinate, hold off, and make excuses. davidji will help you move past your excuses and step into your power.
Lektion 6
The Anahata Chakra
In this lesson, we awaken the fourth chakra, also called the heart chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Anahata (pronounced anna-hatta) chakra. This is your personal connection to love, kindness, compassion, empathy, forgiveness, and peace. When this chakra is constricted, it is a sign that we have stopped trusting; we hold onto grievances; we resist forgiving; we don’t trust our heart; we are skeptical of others’ kindness; in essence, we forget that we are so worthy of receiving love and happiness in every moment. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through our fifth chakra the finite merges with the infinite as the heart-based seeds of intention you’ve planted in the fertile soil of your heart begin their journey of manifestation. Barriers to receiving love start to melt as you become more accepting, more forgiving, more understanding, and more compassionate. davidji will guide you through a heart opening transformation to allow more love into your life.
Lektion 7
The Vissudha Chakra
In this lesson, we awaken the fifth energy center, the throat chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Vishuddha (pronounced vi-shoo-da) chakra. This is your expression center—the house of your voice, the actual vibration that starts in your belly, moves up your chest, enters your throat, arrives at your mouth, and leaves your lips, your voice in the world, where you express your personal self and your most Universal Self. When this chakra is constricted or energy is blocked, it is often a sign that you are repressing some aspect of yourself —dimming your light, holding back, biting your tongue, walking on eggshells, or withholding permission to fully flow your most authentic self. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through the throat chakra, it means you have given yourself permission to fully accept all aspects of yourself, embracing all your light and your darkness, your magnificence and your imperfections, your strengths and your weaknesses. davidji will guide you through throat opening exercises to awaken your voice, express yourself in the world, and own your impact.
Lektion 8
The Ajna Chakra
In this lesson, we explore the sixth chakra, also called the third-eye chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Ajna (pronounced ahjj-na) chakra. When this chakra is constricted or energy is blocked in any way, we make conditioned, knee-jerk decisions out of fear or desperation; we question our choice-making; and we stop trusting that the Universe will deliver us to exactly where we need to be. When Shakti energy is flowing freely through our third eye, we make more conscious choices, and our decisions become more purposeful, coming from a place of clarity rather than from fear or desperation. As this chakra awakens, we truly begin to see, and our judgment heightens. The bigger picture guides our perceptions and our selections. davidji guides you through third eye opening exercises that will allow you to stop making choices out of fear and desperation, and allow the Universe to guide you on your journey to clarity.
Lektion 9
The Sahaswara Chakra
In this lesson, we explore the seventh chakra, or crown chakra, known in Sanskrit as the Sahaswara (pronounced sah-ha-swa-rah) translated as “the thousand-petaled-lotus” chakra. Located at the crown of your head, this is where the Shakti energy that has just awakened your six lower chakras rises one more time, activates the intentions of the seventh chakra, then pours out into the ether to complete the circuit. When this chakra is constricted or energy is blocked, we can feel anxious, unsafe, and worried, coming from a place of fear and instability. We feel separate from the wholeness of the Divine. As your seventh chakra opens, every intention you have planted in each chakra regarding your relationships, dreams, creativity, power, heart, voice, and connection to Source are merged with the unbounded, infinite, expanding flow of the universe. davidji helps you open your crown chakra transcending your limiting beliefs, providing you full access to the entire universe of possibilities.
Lektion 10
Shakti Manifestation
We did it! In this final lesson, davidji guides you through all seven chakras for an energy opening exercise to allow Shakti energy to freely flow through you and turn your dreams into reality. We’ve opened all of our chakras and begun the flow of sweet Shakti. With every breath, we align our essence with the infinite flow of the Universe. Once you have opened all seven chakras by chanting their vibrations, simply surrender to the flow of Shakti energy entering you through the root chakra and grounding you, sparking your creativity, strengthening your power, expanding your heart, heightening your expression, clarifying your insight, and flowing you back into Source. This is pure Shakti Manifestation.
