Lektion 1
3 Steps To Gaining Control of Your Breath
Many of people’s problems are rooted in their inability to have any mastery over themselves. Their mind is busy so they’re anxious. Their body is out of balance so they’re suffering. Their emotions are all over the place so they’re depressed. They’re not problems; just poor maintenance. By learning how to sit upright, breathe slowly, and distance ourselves from the body and mind, we can find peace.
Lektion 2
From Exhaustion to Rejuvenation
When we notice we have lost composure, we have the opportunity to empower ourselves and start again. When we take that power back, we create responsibility — responsibility for this mind, for this power, for this opportunity to lead, for this life, for all life — and we become responsible for something that can give us purpose.
We learn to not give too much attention to the mind because there is more to life than thoughts.
Lektion 3
Liberation from Anxiety
A regular daily practice of conscious breathing is one of the best tools for improving your health and well-being.
The mind, body, and breath are intimately connected and can influence one another. Essentially, your breathing is influenced by your thoughts, and your thoughts and physiology can be influenced by your breath. So if you can breathe consciously and generate positive thoughts, you can restore balance in the body and mind — helping reduce symptoms associated with anxiety, insomnia, post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, and attention-deficit disorder. Basically, the most important aspect of your health is your breath.
Lektion 4
Mastering Conscious Breathing
Practicing breathing is a conscious process that allows us to go further with our consciousness so that we have a stable platform to operate from. Conscious breathing is a way of supercharging your body, mind, and Life force energies. We can change the very way we live by creating some mental notes as we breathe in and breathe out.
