In this lesson we consider how busy we have become and how that can impede our ability to access the wisdom the body provides. We consider some strategies to slow down and you are encouraged to explore the idea of slowing down to speed up.

An End To Resisting Emotions And Thoughts
In this lesson we start to explore the truth of emotions as gifts from universal information; simply updates as to where energy is moving in the body. We move towards the realisation that emotions are not dangerous and the ability to be present to them more readily.

The Body Is Always Present
In this lesson we connect more deeply to the wisdom of the body by acknowledging the presence of the body against the time travelling nature of the mind. We begin to learn to trust the body as it provides us with updates about the present moment and guides us as to the next step.

The Power Of The Breath
In this lesson we explore the connection between the body and the breath. We look at how they are both key to being in the present moment but not to be used to avoid what is also present; the thoughts and emotions.
Lektion 6
Know The Difference Between Real And Imagined Danger
In this lesson we explore the difference between real and imagined danger and how the body can very cleverly let us know which is which. We see how this is another place to trust the body rather than the noisy mind.

Body Scan Meditation To Connect To The Body
In this lesson there is a beautiful body scan meditation allowing you to connect more deeply to the body in this moment and be able to listen to what it wants you to do more easily.
Lektion 8
Gratitude & Self-Love: Nurturing Your Body's Wisdom
In this final lesson we are guided to see how true self-love is about connecting to the body in the moment rather than establishing habits and rituals. We also connect to the gratitude for the body for all its amazing gifts.
