Lektion 1
The Lughnasa Altar
A little background to the Lughnasa festival and the significance of the Lughnasa alter. You are then invited to prepare your own altar. We finish with a chant from the Ceile De Tradition called 'Eist Le Mo Chridhe' (Listen To My Heart', inviting you into the retreat space where you connect with and open your own heart, as you prepare your special Lughnasa altar.

Welcome Into Lughnasa - A Blessing
Welcome in to the celebration of Lughnasa with a little about the tradition and how it has been celebrated through the ages . We begin our own mini retreat then with a blessing and a fonn/ chant from Ceile De called 'Siochan Dia Dhuith ( The Peace of God/ Source be with you)
Lektion 3
First Meditation - Your Sacred Safe Place
Visiting your own sacred space in nature, connecting with your home the earth and resting there. After the meditation you will be invited to do some and journaling how this sacred space nourishes and supports you.
Lektion 4
Second Meditation - Gratitude For The Harvest
This second meditation invites you to notice and express gratitude for the harvest now coming into your life. You spend time in your sacred space with an Anam Chara ( a soul friend) recognising the harvest as the fruit of the seeds you have sown in your life. As you share with your Anam Chara the Celie De fon 'Eist Le Mo Chroi'' ( listen to my heart) plays in the background . After the meditation you are invited to journal about this gratitude for the harvest.
Lektion 5
Third Meditation Leading To A Fire Ceremony
In this meditation you are invited to let go of whatever is no longer serving you. The journaling exercise invites you to write down everything you are releasing this Lughnasa and burn these or return them to the earth. The fon from Ceile De to accompany your journaling and fire ceremony is Gun Tigeadh, Solus nan Solus, Air Mo Chro - inviting the light into our hearts.

Caim Agus Currach - A Cloak Of Warm Protection As We Set Sail
This final part of our mini retreat for Lughnasa invites you to allow the body to move in sacred dance as we listen to the fonn of Caim agus Currach. We finish this mini retreat then with a short Celtic blessing.
