This session explores the small action of smiling and saying Thank you. How do two small actions change your feelings, and your mindset and show your gratitude? How often do you do these two small acts? Grab a pen and paper too.

This session explores embracing positivity and letting it guide you. Embracing the processes, make changes to create change. During these processes we often feel negative about what we are not doing, embrace what you can do. Grab a pen and paper again.

A Round Up - Gratitude & Positivity
In this final session, we summarize and round up the previous 6 sessions. What actions have you implemented? This is also about seeing the positive steps that you have taken, the positive action.
