Breathe
When overwhelm makes your breath feel fast and tight, this practice guides you to slow down with self-compassion. Using breath and awareness, you send compassion to yourself. Gentle breathing helps soften tension, reset your nervous system, and invite calm.

Release
The final step is release. Overwhelm lingers as tension in the body and heaviness in the heart. This lesson guides you through gentle practices of letting go, so you can lighten your load and feel steady, open, and free.
