We begin with looking at how you speak to yourself and what your internal dialogue is reflecting. We move through this with investigating what that inner voice may be trying to share with you. Ultimately we uncover the acts of kindness you would like to have in your life and how to incorporate them into your daily life as a practice.

I encourage others to explore their creativity and through both my art and writing I delve into the relationship between our inner worlds and out outer worlds. I am inspired by the connection between the patterns and cycles found in nature and within the human mind and body.

Your Internal Voice
In this lesson you become aware of your inner voice. You will observe your thoughts and the commentary of your inner narrator to understand whether the nature of your inner dialogue is kind or critical.

What Is Your Inner Critic Scared Of?
It is common to want to distract or ignore our inner critical voice. Due to its negative chatter we are hoping to silence it or get rid of it, but what if it is just scared and has a message that it wants to share?
Lektion 3
Asking Yourself What You Need
We find it very easy to offer kindness to others in our lives, but we do not always extend that courtesy to ourselves. Today, we ask the question; where in our lives can we show ourselves more kindness through our thoughts and actions.
Lektion 4
Making Acts Of Self Kindness A Ritual In Our Daily Lives.
Now that you are aware of areas in your life where you would like to show yourself more kindness, it is time to look at your daily actions and see how you can begin to incorporate micro acts of kindness into your day.
